I used the project quote function on Yelp to snag some pricing and info from local plumbers. In chatting with Al over yelp, he had me send some pictures and gave me a general idea of pricing. Unfortunately for me, my setup is non-compliant with current code specs. Fortunately for me, Al was able to come check it out in person the next day. He was then able to get back to me and upgrade my system, install a new water heater, and take the old one out... all within 72 hours of my original request. Some of the larger companies in the area were a week or more out before even willing to come give me an estimate. Can't say enough positive things about Breyer's. From start to finish it was a friendly, professional, and well done project. If i need a plumber in the future, they'll be my first call.

I called them at 2300 on 11/20/2024 for emergency service as my Furnace was not igniting. The answering service told me that the on call service tech would call me back the first chance that he got. Here is it 1000 the next day and we still have not received a call back. This is the second year in a row that this company has done this to my family. Last year it was the same situation, late night furnace didn't work properly, I made 4 calls through the night promised each time that they would call back, at 0400 I got tired of being cold and not getting a call back, left a bad google review and within minutes of posting that review they called me telling me that they don't offer 24 hour service to non customers. I explained to them that they installed and have been servicing our furnace for years. The lady told me that had I given them my husbands information they would have called back. That was a lie, because this year I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and called them again, gave them my husbands information and still almost 12 hours later not a single call back.

This was a non-reparable situation where the furnace was at end of life and would have posed a carbon monoxide risk if it were to continue to run... it's replacement was mandatory. I called several places. Blissfield Heating and Plumbing responded the fastest, provided heaters electric heaters to keep the residents warm until the repair could have been made. It went down to 6° that night! The very next morning they were there with a new furnace and it was installed in a matter of hours. I am very pleased with how this was handled in every aspect from beginning to end. And I'm the kind of guy that has zero tolerance for incompetence, but I didn't find any here. Nice Job BHP.
