I had a voicemail setup. Why lie? Go elsewhere. Do not trust these people. They are unprofessional, not trustworthy, and unreliable. His crew came in a Sunday, spent about 11 hrs here, digging the trench thru the yard to the French drain by the public sidewalk. They seemed to be working well all day. Next morning, we had water again in our basement!! We called/text Mike & he was going to come right out- he said "about 20 mins"! He NEVER came! We don't even know if the pump installed is a NEW one as quoted- we received NO information about it like a warranty or product information from Mike. We continued to text/call over the next 3 days! At one point, he showed us a pic of a hospital wristband saying he was in an accident. Ok- sorry- just COMMUNICATE that! On day 3, I had enough! I text him vs. hubby, and said we need him to FINISH the job! The yard was to be seeded per the quote; the area they were working in was a mess- bags left behind; empty water bottles, etc. AND they threw concrete in my recycle bin!!!!
