I said wow I'm in the wrong business, I didn't know anyone made $250 in 15 minutes and he said the price has gone up And started saying that he had to get his oil changed in his truck and it cost over $100. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything cause we all get our oil changed. Also he doesn't know how to knock on the door, he opened the door and stuck his head in yelling my name as if we were friends scaring my children while doing this. I did have this same company out close to 2 years ago and it was only $125 . Not sure inflation is that bad. Our situation had to get dealt with so I couldn't call around and I should not have assumed that this company hadn't gone money hungry, so I was shocked about the cost, I do understand cost of stuff and if he was here for hours but owners of companies can use discrepancy if it's a fast job. I won't use them anymore.

While he wasn't able to help me then, he left me with a positive impression and I contacted him when my mom had some recent sewer issues. He answered the phone after hours and arranged a convenient time to come out the next day. He promptly diagnosed my mom's issue and then used the appropriate equipment to fix the blockage problem. Considering everything, his pricing was very reasonable and his experience/expertise was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Fred for sewage needs.

In fact, they said that they would come and take a look at it, even though I disagree with them not wanting to warrant their work. Then never showed? Seriously? Never showed despite saying that they would take a look at their failure the next day. Unprofessional. Let's not even get into scheduling the initial project. Dan was the most unresponsive and unprofessional estimator I've ever met. Tried to call him back at least ten times and texted several times to get my project scheduled. No response. Tried for weeks. I had a voicemail setup. Why lie? Go elsewhere. Do not trust these people. They are unprofessional, not trustworthy, and unreliable. I should have realized how bad this experience was going to be after initially dealing with Dan in the first place.
