We started having issues, and when they came back out he said it was our furnace blower & gave us our options. We decided to just replace the whole system due to variables we encountered. By the end of the day we were all set for install. A few days later they were out & had our new ac going by the end of the day & came back for a few hours the next day to finish the furnace. So if you went up to Ace hardware on Dixie highway, you could buy the same part for $18 on lucid one screw take off three wires to install the new one. Slide it up there tighten the screw put on the three wires and they want FUCKING $300 to replace that. You think that's a fair price? Of course, not you want to rip off the American consumer? I hope you never get suckered into some of these. Like you said, they'll average a tune-up for 39 bucks and end up costing you $300. I know they stole the company because the last owner he was able to run sewing over junk driving, kill him and never go to jail. So we overcharge you to pay his lawyer fees. First off, setting up an appt to get a quote was so easy over text. The office mgr is professional, responsive, and always polite. What I especially liked is how Kevin, the owner, double checked whether the old unit could be repaired, provided two quotes (standard and high efficiency), and installed the new Bryant unit. There is no separate sales and installation teams. It was clean, eventless, and done in 4 hours. Another co, recommended by ConsEnergy, gave a quote that was more for a standard unit. The second, smaller 22-year-old AC died the next day!! And what was really amazing is how they sent over Josh within an hour of my text to diagnose and fix that one!! Seriously stellar service. Generators Plus also had never done such an install, but they were willing to try. That was very important, of course. During the install they were having difficulty getting the desired connectivity. Following much anguish & many discussions with Ford, Ford sent a new charging unit. So the brand new unit Ford had originally shipped me was defective. Most would not think a new device was defective, but Generators Plus was able to determine this. When the replacement charger was received, they had everything working well rather quickly. I was impressed that they were willing to do the job, they figured out that Ford had sent me a defective unit, and they were very polite, cleaned up their work and were just as friendly as could be.
