[NOTE: Just FYI - This says I'm from CA, but I live in SE Michigan] I have been working with Complete Home Comfort for several years - first as a home renter, with a landlord who wouldn't replace an old, poorly performing air conditioner. The guys at CHC came out every year at my request and did their best to help me limp through another summer with the old AC. When I purchased my own home, I chose them to replace a very, very old furnace - and they didn't disappoint. They were prompt, efficient, personable and professional. They returned this summer to replace the very, very, very old air conditioner and each of the men who came to the house was nicer and more helpful than the one before. They take the time to explain the situation, options, pricing, etc. Just yesterday, Kalim came out to service the furnace and he taught me how to order and have auto-delivered the filter every 6 months - and how to swap it out myself. He was very patient and kind. From the person who answers the phone to the notices about "on the way" arrival time - to pricing and quality of work - Complete Home Comfort is a business I trust. I highly recommend them. read more

We had a new furnace & a/c package installed last August bec ause our original a/c had stopped working. James & Jim came out on a Sat. morning and did the switch out from old to new. They were done around 2:30 that afternoon, everything cleaned up and hooked up. I had them install a WI-fi thermostat so that I can monitor the temp when we are not at home. James submitted the rebates to my utilities companies. Late Dec I checked the thermostat (we had been out of town for a while) and discovered that my furnace had been running all day! I got a hold of James and he came out right away and met my granddaughter and solved the problem. We did not really use the a/c after it was installed because it never got hot. This year we are using it all the time and I just received my electric bill and it is at least 50% less than what it would have been with my old unit and the house is cooler also! I highly recommend Complete Home Comfort. read more

Initiated a service call around 2pm, my furnace caught fire. James Knott ( Service Engineer) arrived on time, with a mask. He assessed the damage and reviewed the options I had. They no longer make parts for my furnace so replacing the wire harness wasn't an option, it was rewire or replace furnace. James rewired what was needed, replaced the fuse, and the unit fired up. I have had 2 companies out previously to access my furnace, neither offered to rewire or tell me parts were no longer available, it was replace furnace. James never guaranteed if this fix would work or pressure me into replacing the entire unit. When it does go, I will be calling James at Complete Home Comfort. FYI, I WAS ONLY CHARGED THE INITIAL SERVICE FEE WHICH WAS HALF OF WHAT THE OTHER 2 COMPANIES CHARGED AND DID NOTHING. GOD BLESS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS read more

Wow! What outstanding customer service. My water heater went out late at night, I called Complete Home Comfort first thing in the morning. They were able to fit me into their schedule immediately. Which meant I didn't have to change my weekend holiday plans and I didn't have to adjust my work schedule to much. The service from the moment I called and talked to Emily to the very end of the service it was top notch! They really eased my stress right before all the holiday chaos. I am so appreciative to this company and the care they showed during a stressful time. The quick service and the pricing ensures I will be using this company in the future. If you need your water heater looked at or furnace I highly recommend you give then a call. You will not be disappointed. read more

I was so impressed with the service I received; I was fortunate that they were able to come out the same day that I called. My ac unit was checked, but it didn't lead into a sales pitch; I appreciated that he took the time to check the equipment we'd called about, but then also took the time to ask questions about our home and what else we were experiencing or worried about so that he could provide us with the best information and service possible. I will be keeping their number on hand for any other ac or heating issues that may come up in the future because I am confident that we will get the help we need to keep our home comfortable and safe, not a one-and-done service call. read more

I suffer with a condition called Hyperosmia (heighten sense of smell). My house had all kinds of allergens, the odors was to much for me. James had everything needed to repair our AC unit and he did so very quickly. The next day after repair our condensation pump started leaking so we bought a new one and replaced the defective unit. It leaked. I called James back, he returned, and pulled a piece of cardboard off the unit (step 3 of the instructions no guy has time to read). No charge. James, the owner, was very prompt in coming over to my house to see why my furnace was not blowing hot air. He explained what the problem was, fixed it, and was nice enough to also help me with two other unrelated questions that I had (one regarding my humidifier and another about a water pipe). I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants someone reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable to work on their furnace or hot water tank. read more

Michael came over and inspected our AC. He gave an honest professional opinion about the repairs needed. We had already got a quote for a new AC and furnace from another company. Michael gave us a quote for a much better furnace and AC with a cheaper price than the other company. We decided to have both replaced rather than fix the air conditioning. He got us an appointment scheduled very quickly. read more

At the height of summer my 34 year old AC system died. They got it limping along to keep us cool while I got financing in order. Once I got my financing set they where out in just a few days and in only about half a day they got my brand new furnace and central AC installed. No complaints about the tight quarters and cleaned everything up when they were done. Cant recommend enough. read more
