We started having issues, and when they came back out he said it was our furnace blower & gave us our options. We decided to just replace the whole system due to variables we encountered. By the end of the day we were all set for install. A few days later they were out & had our new ac going by the end of the day & came back for a few hours the next day to finish the furnace. Had them install a new mini split system 10 years ago. At that time the price seemed fair and the…read moreinstall looked good, then things went south. Had to have them come out several times to fix leaks in the a/c because it quit cooling. Fast forward to year 8 and no airconditioning again.They came out and said I needed a new outside unit due to a mouse chewing up the wires. Jason (the owner) told me he had a new used unit that he could give me a deal on with a warranty so I agreed on the price and had them install it with a stand to raise it up to hopefully keep the mice out. One year later, had one of their techs come out because the unit in the kitchen was making noise so he spent an hour cleaning it but it made no difference. I asked him to look into a replacement under warranty once he returned to the shop and let me know. Also had him look at my boiler because it had recently quit working, He found a bad low water valve that would need to be replaced so he by - passed the valve to get the boiler to fire and said he would have a new one ordered. Fast forward 6 months and after repeated calling by me they finally said that they located a valve for $960. When I asked about the warranty on the noisey a/c unit they told me Jason said "I have no warranty because I bought a used unit." CONCLUSION : Jason can't be trusted. He lied to me over the phone about the warrantly on the new, used, outside a/c unit. I called several times and asked for a copy of the warranty and was denied. The $960 low water alert valve, which I refused to have them install, I later found a brand new one for $150. Do not trust this company and I would not recommend them after dealing with them for the last 10 years. I also had a nearby neighbor get the same mini split system installed at his house and he has had a terrible experience with ALL TEMP HEATING & COOLING. Neighbor told me he would never get them again.

He was great and said we would just pay for the diagnostic visit.The next day the 2k came out and when called to ask when it would be refunded. We were told the accountant was busy and she would get to it. The next day, still no money. Called again told the same thing. Then get a call from Tony (apparent manager?) stating the pump was in. We declined as we already cancelled services. We were then told either we take the pump and they are keeping the 2k they took or we let them install it for $800. We declined again to both. We did not order the pump. We were then told they were keeping our 2k and I quote "we just won't answer the phone anymore". Jonah was then caught trying to sit the pump in our driveway without our knowledge or consent onto our property so that they could try to charge us for it. My husband went to take it back to his van and he refuse to take it back. Jonah got caught up in a huge lie when confronted about the services and screamed at me, as liars do. Resulting in my husband being called a pu*** and being told to f*** off while tossing a middle finger out the window. All of which was caught on cameras and recorded. HUGE SCAMMERS!!
