He left without providing service and I called another company who fixed my furnace, wearing a mask, within a couple of hours of calling them. Service shouldn't be political when you own a business. And decent human beings care about their customers, not just their comfort. I do NOT recommend climate tech. They lost my business over a stupid mask.

The installer Randy was a very professional guy, very patient with me, as I was asking him a 100 million questions and basically trying to talk to him while he was working. finally, I figured out he couldn't work and talk at the same time very well. so I left him alone I also have to give Randy credit, the 1st day he arrived to do the job, while they were removing the old furnace, randy's helper ended up hurting his back and having to leave so for 2 days Randy worked by himself on the 3rd day they brought him 2 helpers to get the job finished, the young helper was a great guy. I don't know his name. Was very friendly. but his other person helping him was an another installer and I have to admit, he was a bit of an asshole. But I didn't let it bother me all in all a very good job and I'm glad we went with them

The company owner was at first hesisitant then said "I can promised to get the work on your furnace done. But I need $100.00 deductible. Normally they won't approve this." It was all lies. I called out this company, and Mike was able to diagnose the bearings were seizing up. I would need a new blower motor. The price he quoted was reasonable. I asked if it was worth getting done. He said, that based on the age of my furnace (Over 40 years old) that a new furnace was recommended. The thing is that this company doesn't sell or install new furnaces, they only repair. What I really appreciated, was how he turned down business to give me proper advice. And to add, he did not even charge me for the service call. This is someone who has a passion and loves their work and believes in an honest and fair way of doing business. You really do stand out in this day and age! The least I can do is recommend your business for the future.

Save your money and aggravation and go elsewhere…read more Called to fix a broken water heater. After two visits, and $300 later, the water heater still didn't work. When leaving the second time (with it still not working, but happily taking our money), he recommends saving up for a new water heater - which we ended up needing and would have been happy to pay for the first time. After calling and speaking to the owner, I've rarely experience such rude and poor service. Amongst other things, I was called a liar and threatened to be sued for writing a negative review. The fact that the heater lit was good enough for them - he said my heater "wasn't worth a hoot" and that's why it didn't heat water. This is the second repair that has taken multiple visits. Previously they had to come back out a couple days after attempting to fix a sump pump that they didn't install correctly the first time.
