What I especially liked is how Kevin, the owner, double checked whether the old unit could be repaired, provided two quotes (standard and high efficiency), and installed the new Bryant unit. There is no separate sales and installation teams. It was clean, eventless, and done in 4 hours. Another co, recommended by ConsEnergy, gave a quote that was more for a standard unit. The second, smaller 22-year-old AC died the next day!! And what was really amazing is how they sent over Josh within an hour of my text to diagnose and fix that one!! Seriously stellar service.
