I want to tell you that every time I have needed them, they have responded. They "move with purpose". I never forgot that about them because heating and cooling is an essential amenity. The first time we called Pete's we had bought a house that had no furnace, central air or duct work. A huge project, expensive all by itself. We had a new baby and had to be ready to move from our apartment into the house within weeks. The level of coordination and care that Pete's has is unheard of!
