My address doesn't bother me as much, anyone can find that these days but the kids I get. I appreciate all of the messages with your concerns for them this community has truly been pulled together for this post Owner is now driving by our home stalking and harassing us! I hate to blast this but I feel it's only right considering the amount of money spent on this plumber for him to act like this. I highly don't recommend Trent's plumbing. We had to have our entire home gutted and re plumbed. Costing over $8500. Moral of the story Trent was called back to make a repair. He scheduled me Monday with a time from of 3-6pm. No call no show. I reached out, I get a reply around 7:30. Health issues okay, completely understand no big deal take care of yourself call me the next day (as he said he would that night) (to me it was not that big of a rush) okay.. never called me! So I sent a text. Scheduled me again. Again NO call NO show. This time hours go by before I hear anything, so at this point I'm a little skeptical as anyone would be? So I send a text asking should I hire someone else? Because if he is having health issues. I simple communicate or update text would have been awesome! I'd have totally understood. Well I get a reply. So I sent text out to one of the other workers that works for him Paul asking if he an update for me, just because I'd like to know what the plan is, 2 no shows, at this point what's going on? Is someone coming, is something wrong? Are you busy? Just speak up. We're all human. Anyways Paul shows up. Fixes the next day. After Trent continues to ignore me after my last message to him. After Paul leaves Trent calls me from a random number and is now unprofessionally blowing up my phone. He sure has alot of communication now but he didn't have any when it was time to come back. I feel as if I'm dealing with a teenager and not an adult. This owner is very immature if I can save anyone the headache go elsewhere. Super unprofessional. I hope Paul makes a successful career out of himself for knowing how to be mature one day. thank you for the apology, we're all human. You want to consider this an intermediate review, but just imagine how much value I have already received from working with Air Clinic and how impressed I am by their expertise and responsiveness only a great family business can provide. You will not find that anywhere else. I know because I just tried! In three weeks I spent a total of 5+ hours with 6 top companies in my area that do heating and cooling incl. Mitsubishi Diamond mini-split pros for my 3650 sqft house and all of them miserably failed providing an idea of how they work will solve my problem. Now, Air Clinic's approach to problem solving is fundamentally different from other companies I have EVER interacted with in the US. It's not a money-first approach. In most situations, Air Clinic will not ask you about your budget to create a solution for your budget (This is so dumb that solutions are money-driven! I hate those looks in technicians' eyes, like how much you are worth. Not with Air Clinic, though)... In stark contrast to those other companies, Air Clinic's absolute initial focus will be solving your problem. This is why this is a solution-first approach. You will be presented with the best possible options for your situation. This can ONLY be done by someone who is truly on top of things in their field and ONLY after they have spent enough time (hours?) analyzing your particular situation. At the end, YOU will be the one asking yourself what fits your budget. How does that sound? To me, this is the old-school best-quality service! Yesterday was a Friday and I called Arthur around 6 pm and described my HVAC problem to him. He asked if he could come right away. I was more than happy to hear that, because just before the call I was ranting to my family about all these HVAC companies that came to my house and gave me stupid solutions, then followed up with insane estimates. I was out of options. And then a friend of ours gave me Arthur's phone number. Arthur came with a fellow technician Artak from Madison Heights to Farmington Hills at 7:30pm, less than 1.5hrs after my call. This was not even a service call and not an emergency, it was a Friday night. Apparently, I sounded so frustrated, they ran to help me get things out of my head. They are a 24/7 service, by the way... My 1100sqft basement is currently a huge HVAC utility room, and because of that it can also be used as a storage space and that's all. Tens of thousands of dollars were spent by the previous owner and this was the best other companies were able to do. Arthur and Artak spent 2 hours at my house. We beat the problem to death, every detail, every error was discussed, nothing was left without. And only after we felt we were on top of things and a great solution was born for my very, very complicated case, we stopped and sat down to drink some tea and share some laughs and stories. I was so happy and relieved. We decided to move the work to September before the next heating season. I will return here for an update after Air Clinic is done with the implementation of the solution we decided to go with.
