They are A+ rated on Better Business Bureau. We just had a new furnace and air conditioner put into our home. Don, the salesman, was great. He answered my questions, was patient while I researched the internet and got two other quotes. Eric, Chris and Donald were our installers. They work great as a team. They are friendly and knowledgeable. My research let me know that the installers are the most important part of the purchase. They each had their own expertise, they were polite, they cleaned up everything and made sure the system was running correctly. A visit from the owner was something we never experienced before. He was great. He wants you to feel like family. This company employs a lot of people so you won't have to wait weeks for a repair or maintenance. I thoroughly researched the product. After looking at all of the toilets, the Detroit Furnace plumber stated that there was not an issue. Before the plumber left, I was able to replicate the issue. The plumber then stated that it could be caused by a number of things, all of which were not covered by DTE's Home Protection Plan, however for $375 he would start by snaking out one of the toilets to see if that was the problem. Believing this to be a scam, i.e. the plumber stated that he wasn't sure of the problem but would charge $375 to initiate a possible solution, I refused. Due to my extreme dissatisfaction with Detroit Furnace, the Home Protection Plan honored my request and sent out another company. The plumber from the other company was professional and very knowledgeable. This other plumber was able to immediately diagnose and resolve the issue, which was covered by my plan.
