I called an HVAC company my GF recommended but he couldn't do the work that Friday. Randy recommended Rob at Autumn Heating & Cooling. Rob surprised me by showing up within an hour. Rob IMMEDIATELY had his crew locate the part and by 4:00 of the same day, they had it replaced! Excellent service and easy to work with. I strongly recommend calling Autumn Heating & Cooling for all your furnace needs.

They each had their own expertise, they were polite, they cleaned up everything and made sure the system was running correctly. A visit from the owner was something we never experienced before. He was great. He wants you to feel like family. This company employs a lot of people so you won't have to wait weeks for a repair or maintenance. I thoroughly researched the product. They weren't the cheapest, BUT, after reading reviews about some other big companies in the area, I feel confident that if there is a problem it will be resolved in a timely manner and not be put on the back burner. Nice to see a family-owned business that stands behind their name. Highly recommend.
