It took several days to get the part in and once it was installed I was handed a bill for $2000. I was told that $500 of that bill was to return the old part to the manufacturer. Upon investigating I found out that the manufacturer covers the cost of returning defective parts under warrantee and this repair should have been around $500 to $600. I requested an itemized bill from them and was told that they don't do that and was ignored when I made further inquiries. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Within the next hour, he diagnosed and explained the problem, got the heat running, knowledgeably and efficiently answered all our questions, helped us ( through a low-pressure conversation) choose the best replacement furnace for our home and while waiting to be sure the furnace was going to run efficiently, he put a new switch on the fireplace. Great technician and fantastic service from the phone call to this posting. (They have already called to make arrangements to come measure for the new low energy, high efficiency furnace unit). William suggested checking the sewer via camera and not snake the sewer without need. He found the sewer line to be in good condition. He also checked the drain from the washing machine to the drain in the other basement. William checked an upstairs sink that seemed to be clogged and explained the problem of the sink drainage without access to air flowing into the sink drain. William took his time with all my questions and checked every item. He brought his assistant, Paul, along for good measure. I thought he provided excellent service and professional concern.

I opted for the high efficient furnace Lux-Aire 60,000 BTU with humidifier and several other bells and whistles. These guys were AWESOME!!! After pulling permits and getting in for the job it was two days and a huge job. They removed the existing HVAC and cleaned everything in their path along the way. After setting up the new one, he showed me how everything worked and handed me a file of all manuals, permits and misc. paperwork and assured me that it would pass my city inspection. Indeed it did! Our city inspector even commented on the great job. Very meticulous in the work provided to their customers. I would highly recommend this company, they were professional and very nice to work with. I can't always say that the "basement workmen" are kind.
