When I called back to confirm the cancellation, the person on the other end chose to blame her AI system, then the call service... not an apology, not trying to rectify it... just a 3 day late appointment and an attitude. 2 stars because people on the phone were very nice... but it would have been great if they kept an appointment or their word on the phone in 85 degree weather. For reference, here is my experience: - booked appointment last night due to the emergency nature, agreed to pay additional cost for a service call - right after, I received a confirmation email - considering how everyone else in this business seems to see appointments as suggestions, I decided to call in and confirm just to be sure at noon (apt from noon to 4). - person on the phone who was great told me that he saw the appointment but there wasn't anyone assigned to it. He said he couldnt do much but he would call dispatch urgently and then get right back to me. - an hour later (25% of the appointment window), I hadent heard back so I called back again. - the weekend scheduler (who was very nice) was unable to see anything or transfer me to anyone else. So on a long weekend, 85 degree weather, air conditioning out and set an appointment with $170 weekend service charge (give or take) scheduled, we didnt call anyone else assuming that this company kept its appointments. Happy Labor Day to you too!!!!!!!!

So I called Matt at Clinton Air and by Wednesday the following week they had installed both AC and new furnace!! I was able to afford BOTH at their price. The installers were so quiet that I didn't even know there were two if them and when the outside line or whatever that thing us called wasn't perfect (like not even something ANYONE would notice because it was so not obvious) Matt made the guys re-do it so it was perfect because it matters to him that everything is perfect. The whole company is a very stand-up reliable and very honest family owned small business. Their customer service alone would impress me but it was their work and work ethic that made me a fan! I swear you will get a fair deal, exceptional professional standards and a company you'll want to share with your neighbors.
