Had a small issue and called for an appointment since my normal go-to electrician has a 3+ week waiting list. They said 1 week to come out, actually called back early and asked if they could come out 2 days before the appointment. 2 guys showed up, clearly an electrician and an apprentice. Very respectful, worked fast to diagnose my electrical mystery and must have said 5x to me "anything else?" and cleaned up everything quick as can be. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Let me start by saying I am not a robot! Executive Electric was referred by my neighbor. I was having a problem with flickering lights and called them. They came the following day and spent a couple of hours testing and replacing switches. The problem was solved. The two workers were very thorough and friendly. I called them about 5 days ago to see about getting an outlet installed for a dishwasher. They set up a time that worked for me and gave me the quote the day of the work before they started. Marty was great! He was on time. The quote seemed appropriate for the work he told me needed to be done. He had the whole circuit and outlet installed in 2 hours plus he found a live open wire in the garage that he capped off and put a new box in for it. I know some other reviews said it was a little more expensive than other places but for the quality and the time I think it was totally worth it. read more

Russ called me back the next day, gave me a quote and set up an appointment within days. Russ and his team were very friendly, courteous and professional. Everything looks and works great - I had to call the office a couple of times and were so friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Very thankful for quick work even with everything going on in our world right now. Our lawn light fell over during the high winds leaving wires and jagged medal exposed. Russ and these guys quickly came out and removed the damage and gave us a temporary (safe) setup until a new post and light could be delivered. They then returned and installed everything; which took running a new line to the house! They did a wonderful job and cleaned everything up once complete. After the heavy winds in Madison Heights on Saturday 12/11/21, my electrical line was pulled away from my home and hanging near the ground. Rusty (the owner) came out the same day I called to do an estimate and sent a team out to do the install at the first time that worked best for me. Great job and price. 3 rooms kept losing power so I contacted DTE Online Outage online over 5 times. DTE kept emailing that my power was on, but it wasn't. I then contacted Executive Electric and they came out and found my 4 month old electric panel had some exposed copper wire connections. How could that happen after a City inspection and approval??? Well, Executive Electric inspected my panel and fixed the wires in minutes. They also replaced a floor plug and moved my vanity light to the center. Fished wires thru the attic. On time, called an hour before appointment, Professional, knowledgeable, fair price, had replacements for my job which took about an hour and a half. I highly recommend. read more

Had a circuit not working in my condo. Called and they came out the next day and fixed. Told me that there was a loose wire on one of the outlets and that they needed to replace 3 plugs and splice some wire in the outlets. Also needed to move the circuit on the panel to an open plug- the plug it was on was not making a good connection. The total bill came to $650. Was fine with labor, but when reviewing the materials charges- which came to $390. The invoice said they used $325 of wire and wire nuts. This seemed way high. Called the office to get more of an explanation. Was told I would get a call back. I never did. read more

I called on a Sunday morning and got a call back in an hour and they came out to look at my issue on the next morning. The woman that answered the phone when I called was very friendly. She got us in as soon as possible, which was nice. The electricians that came to my house were also very friendly. They called and let me know they were on their way 30 min before arriving. They wore masks (COVID) and booties on their shoes which I appreciate since we don't wear shoes in the house. I was desperate due to the fact that I've been trying to get an Electrician out to a mobile home since last week Tuesday. They do not return calls as business must be booming and the 2 Electricians that I had actually scheduled with did not show up After explaining this to Emma and the severity of the situation she gave me their first available appointment and said that if they had a cancellation we would be first on the list.
