Called them after another electrician told us we were wasting his time…read more I had 2 outside lights that needed to be looked at. They ended up bypassing the sensor on the one and it was fine because we just needed it to work. For the front light I told them it was a deeper problem than just a loose connection. Im not the smartest when it comes to repairs but i know enough to where I call a professional when I'm out of my league. They still didnt listen. Told me it was a loose connection and it did indeed work. For about 2 days. Now its not working at all. So now I'm out $200 with lights I still need to fix.

Over the years, we've had Saturn Electric come out to do a variety of tasks from installing new…read morelight fixtures to upgrading outdated outlets. They've always been affordable, professional and efficient in their services. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) Overall they're a great company and the staff is pleasant overall. Will use them again for small projects around the house.

When the circuit breaker going to my pool shed kept tripping, I needed an electrician. Macson was…read moreable to send someone out in a timely manner. The receptionist was polite and very straightforward about their scheduling and billing. Bobby and Xavier did a great job. They quickly diagnosed what the problem was (a pool light that a previous electrician hadn't properly disconnected), fixed the issue, and replaced an older, non-weatherproof GFCI outlet in the shed that would have started to cause issues. They were professional and courteous, and the price was reasonable. I'm glad I've found a good electrician that I'll be going with for future projects.

I have had Macson's Electrical do several jobs at my home and each one was done by efficient and…read moreprofessional electricians. I would've given them a 10 out of 10 - just recently the electrician that I requested came to my house to work on something -after he left I noticed damage that had been done to woodwork near where he worked. I did not see him cause this damage, and I'm sure that it was accidental, but there is no other explanation. He is sure he didn't cause the damage and I am sure he did- that's not even the problem. The problem is Macson's attitude. The owner has denied that there was any problem on Macson's part and there's nothing they will do to help. I don't think this sounds like good customer relations at all and although I would like to have one of those electricians work for me again, I don't think Macson's stand behind their work. No I have to hire a finished carpenter to remedy this problem. People make mistakes and good companies admit that and back up their employees. This was certainly not done in this case.

I contacted Fish Electric through Yelp, and Sean quickly reached out with a quote for both and was at my house two weeks later. Sean installed the dimmer switch in what seemed like one minute. I was embarrassed thinking about how long it took me just to take the old plate off and try to get the wires off the old switch. He then started to install the outdoor outlet and had a few different box options for me to choose from. It was also installed pretty quickly, and he even offered to install the camera even though I didn't buy it through them. I thought that was super nice and not expected given he didn't charge me any more for it. The camera installation is so clean that you can barely tell it's even there. It would have looked 100x worse had I tried to attempt it myself. The whole process was simple and quick, and I appreciated that I could get the quote, schedule the installation, and pay my invoice all online without having to talk to someone. It was a quick and simple process, and the services were definitely worth the reasonable cost in order for it to all be done correctly and with minimal effort from myself.
