The gentleman I spoke with, was able to schedule me for an appointment the same week and gave me great information on how best to accomplish my goals. The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently and quickly to change all of our outdated outlets with ease. Here is a picture of him, adjusting our dining room light fixture to the proper height. The installation was less than a year old and clearly flawed. While they acknowledged the poor workmanship, they refused to honor the franchise warranty. I tried contacting the franchise directly but never received a response. To make matters worse, their quote to fix the issue was nearly double the original cost. Thankfully, after seeking other options, I found Saturn Electric in Rochester. The inspector approved the installation immediately after they made the change. I do not recommend Mr. Electric of Macomb, but I strongly endorse Saturn Electric for anyone.

They were prompt in coming in and providing an estimate, helped match us with an electrician to get power to the unit, provided us consultation to help ensure we got a unit that would suit our needs today and tomorrow without overpaying, and then did another beautiful install. For both heating and cooling they are prompt, courteous, and I've never seen cleaner work. They are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive estimates we received, but they are the absolute best value for the money you're going to spend.

They were hired for all air vents and a dryer cleanout on a 2,000 sq. ft. house, and particularly a bad smell coming in the laundry room. On the day of the cleaning Chris and Lee arrived during the agreed upon time window. I showed Lee around the house to the various vents and asked questions about the places I couldn't fully clear a path to the vent. The house's vents hadn't been cleaned during the time I've owned the place so it needed significant work. The same applied for the dryer. The cleaning took roughly 3 hours. I think they did a good job and made sure to take care of cleaning any messes their work caused. The one exception was the dryer blow-out which was left under the outdoor vent. My single gripe was that the final price ended up $100 over the original quote without discussion. However, it was clear that they had a lot of work to do that couldn't have been known without taking a look at things.
