They've always been affordable, professional and efficient in their services. This past time we had them out, our washer died and we think it's from a power surge we had from a downed power line about 2 weeks ago. I was able to get a electrician out the next morning who not only replaced two outlets, but also checked on a few other issues around the house while he was here. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) Overall they're a great company and the staff is pleasant overall. Will use them again for small projects around the house.

Without the detailed explanation, they cut my 220 V dryer wire connection to my basement, they moved the wire to upstairs. My request was to add a new receptacle, but they moved it without explanation. They are now arguing the code and asking me to pay another trip. It's ridiculous. He checked the kitchen light fixture and slightly moved the socket and light came on. He looked at the bathroom fixture and stated he did have the tools or time to fix it, but would come back.

By explaining what electrical problems we were experiencing, he was already able to provide a ballpark estimate of what the cost would likely be. The final cost even ended up lower than his initial estimate. He was able to fit me in on the same day that I had called. He said he would give a heads up when he is on his way and he did that. He said he would arrive anywhere between 3:00pm to 5:00pm and actually arrived 3:00pm sharp. Tracy is a true professional who was patient, understanding, and took the time to explain everything.
