For reference, here is my experience: - booked appointment last night due to the emergency nature, agreed to pay additional cost for a service call - right after, I received a confirmation email - considering how everyone else in this business seems to see appointments as suggestions, I decided to call in and confirm just to be sure at noon (apt from noon to 4). - person on the phone who was great told me that he saw the appointment but there wasn't anyone assigned to it. He said he couldnt do much but he would call dispatch urgently and then get right back to me. - an hour later (25% of the appointment window), I hadent heard back so I called back again. - the weekend scheduler (who was very nice) was unable to see anything or transfer me to anyone else. So on a long weekend, 85 degree weather, air conditioning out and set an appointment with $170 weekend service charge (give or take) scheduled, we didnt call anyone else assuming that this company kept its appointments. For both heating and cooling they are prompt, courteous, and I've never seen cleaner work. They are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive estimates we received, but they are the absolute best value for the money you're going to spend.

I have waited to write this review as I was hoping the company would rectify what happened. This company is not like that when I called with the issue they said it was our fault and ghosted us. We paid $2000. To unblock a pipe with the hydrojet. The plumber explained that there might a little water on the floor from the hydrojet but not a lot. I said ok. When they were done they said we had a little blow out and some sewage got onto the floor but they cleaned it up. I said ok I was busy that day and admit it is my fault for not checking I just trust that people tell the truth. When I did go to the basement I was horrified. There was sewage all over on the floors on the walls both sides of the basement. When they said they cleaned they squeegeed into my sump and we have since had to replace 3 pumps. We had to call another plumber who snaked it and charged and extra $395 dollars. Had to make an insurance claim they sent out server pro to do a hazard clean up and a loss of contents of what they couldn't save. All in all a blocked pipe they fixed cost over $10,000.00. I would highly not recommend this company. When a company does something wrong they should feel accountable to fix what happened. And they did not give back any money towards repairing what was done. Oh also the insurance company asked who the company was so as they would not be recommending them to anyone. If anyone wants pics or proof just message me I have it saved.

They get out to the house quickly if there is any problem or concern. Over the years we've met every employee, I think, and each and every one is an expert, explains everything, and never steers us wrong. Just recently we had to turn on our air conditioning earlier than usual in the season, and they set an appointment quickly so we could have it all checked first. With the yearly Finzel furnace checks and air conditioning shut down for winter, and the air conditioning check for spring/summer, we never have worries. And they don't over-charge!
