Within two weeks, Budget was able to send three servicemen out to install a new system for us. What impressed me was the ability of Ed to troubleshoot a problem when I noticed our yard's small pond was frozen even with a heater installed. After Ed noticed and fixed an electrical issue, everything was working properly again. This week we had another power failure in our area, and the new generator worked perfectly. For reference, here is my experience: - booked appointment last night due to the emergency nature, agreed to pay additional cost for a service call - right after, I received a confirmation email - considering how everyone else in this business seems to see appointments as suggestions, I decided to call in and confirm just to be sure at noon (apt from noon to 4). - person on the phone who was great told me that he saw the appointment but there wasn't anyone assigned to it. He said he couldnt do much but he would call dispatch urgently and then get right back to me. - an hour later (25% of the appointment window), I hadent heard back so I called back again. - the weekend scheduler (who was very nice) was unable to see anything or transfer me to anyone else. So on a long weekend, 85 degree weather, air conditioning out and set an appointment with $170 weekend service charge (give or take) scheduled, we didnt call anyone else assuming that this company kept its appointments. It turns out that I would need to replace the water heater. Paul told me what water heater brands he felt were best and the fittings I would need to get to complete the job. And he saved my a lot of money over other plumbers. And he took the old heater with him, so I didn't have to go through the aggravation of having to deal with getting Priority trash collection to pick it up special. And I didn't have to leave it lay around in my garage and driveway until they could pick it up.
