Month to month and even year over year it is hard to precisely measure energy use and savings because each season and year has varying temperatures. Here is…read morewhy: about 4-5 weeks ago I left them a voicemail saying I wanted my AC inspected because it is free with the service contract I have with them. No one ever called me back. Now this past weekend my AC was having issues and not getting to the temp I had it set at. So I called Citywide because Michael told me with the service contract it made weekend/emergency visits cost the same as a regular service. So you can imagine my frustration when I called their emergency line that I kept getting a recording saying that their voicemail is full and cannot accept new messages. Are you serious?! Wow I was so pissed. Had they called me back and checked to see if the AC was working properly, then maybe my AC wouldn't have went out on a weekend and cost me extra in repairs. So I had to call someone new to come out to fix it. Today I called Citywide and asked them to cancel my contract with them. Also a side note: we had an inspector come into our house and he saw the way the humidifier was installed and told my husband and I to keep an eye on it because it was installed in an illegal water line. He said it would probably be ok but to watch for leaks because there shouldn't be anything connected to the line where it was installed. Now at the time, I didn't think too much about it but I was surprised. Now I'm starting to think the guy who put it in really didn't have much experience because he was here installing it all day and I had to call him back out a day or two later because it wasn't working and he was here again for another 2-3 hours. Overall: I don't know how much experience these technicians have. I don't think a service contract with them is at all worth it. And don't hold your breath if you need to get ahold of them after hours. And probably don't expect a call back if you leave a voicemail because I really don't think they check them! I wanted to like them and continue to use them ‍

We started having issues, and when they came back out he said it was our furnace blower & gave us our options. We decided to just replace the whole system due to variables we encountered. By the end of the day we were all set for install. A few days later they were out & had our new ac going by the end of the day & came back for a few hours the next day to finish the furnace.
