I had hired a different HVAC company to come out and charge the unit but over the next month it went out again and that company said I needed a new AC/Furnace...that my unit wasn't repairable. I called Fahrenheit for a second opinion and George came out and assessed it, figured out the issue (why it kept needing charged) and he repaired my AC and it kept working perfect until I moved. He was so kind and honest and professional . Since then I've moved and will not use anyone else for my future needs. I am soon going to be having them install a whole home generator. I think people look for a perfect service based company that runs like Amazon...but do not understand that most service based companies are family run and are locals with their own families and are not robots running on AI. In my experience (from referring George to friends...and having him help service my parents home as well) they are honest and caring and do great work. I read a couple of the 1 star comments below and after dealing with George I can't quite believe them. If something is wrong or done incorrectly, George will make sure it's righted. He's a good guy who cares about his clients and cares about doing things right.

Replaced it with a Bradford white 40 gallon hot water tank which is a way BETTER quality . The installer Randy was a very professional guy, very patient with me, as I was asking him a 100 million questions and basically trying to talk to him while he was working. finally, I figured out he couldn't work and talk at the same time very well. so I left him alone I also have to give Randy credit, the 1st day he arrived to do the job, while they were removing the old furnace, randy's helper ended up hurting his back and having to leave so for 2 days Randy worked by himself on the 3rd day they brought him 2 helpers to get the job finished, the young helper was a great guy. I don't know his name. Was very friendly. but his other person helping him was an another installer and I have to admit, he was a bit of an asshole. But I didn't let it bother me all in all a very good job and I'm glad we went with them
