Contacted at least 5 other companies that would not tell me how much per lb they charge for refrigerant the tech will let you know after the diagnostic, no thank you. I message prime time here on yelp and the pricing was up front and reasonable. Tech arrived within the arrival time frame was knowledgeable and completed the task within 20 minutes. I call them first the next time i need service.

Sherard was my technician and did a thorough job, diagnosed the problem, and while it wasn't worth repairing, gave me the information so that I could make critical decisions. And on a Saturday. The sump pump takes time to charge before starting up. After the install, techs left and once it charged and fired up it created lots of spillage and problems. After a long conversation they escalated it to the on call team and said I'd be a priority, no call today. 7 hours has gone by since I informed them of this. Still nothing. Very quick to install then it's all about the next job. I am really disappointed that this is the outcome. The sump pump will probably end up burning the motor since it's been running all day and there is still water going everywhere. Super unprofessional. After the energy assessment, I received the recommendations and was surprised that they simply wanted to swap out the existing 100-amp panel for another 100-amp panel. I expressed my concerns about the addition of electric HVAC components and the current capacity of our system. I even provided information from the Department of Energy and State of Michigan EGLE (see attached), which strongly recommends upgrading the capacity when the electrical panel is done in conjunction with a heat pump, furnace, and water heater upgrade. Despite my concerns and the information provided, Shuaib Yacoub (project manager), said that I wasn't worth his time. He even blocked me on Facebook to prevent a negative review.
