The office answered my call and set up my appointment. Everyone was professional and helpful. Lance and Levan were prompt, professional, answered my questions and did an excellent job. They had to remove drywall to repair leaking sink pipes that were causing mold in the basement. It was a good price. Call Best Plumbing for any Plumbing problems. read more

We needed our kitchen/laundry line snaked to the main sewer. We called Best plumbing based on the positive reviews on Yelp. They had two people out within an hour of our call. The issue was handled within a short time at a reasonable price. Highly recommend! read more

I had Best Plumbing out this week for a clogged bathroom sink drain. They provided same-day service, which was great. Unfortunately, they could not remove the clog and had to return the next day with a ladder to access the roof vent. Within 10 minutes, the vent was cleared, and the clogged drain was flowing. The four men who worked on this project were very friendly, professional, and respectful of my property. I am very pleased with the work provided and will use them again should a plumbing need arise. The only negative I have is that they did not tell me about the different discounts available; be sure to check their website. read more

Fast, friendly service. Less expensive than I was quoted elsewhere. I needed a new garbage disposal and a new faucet. I spoke to Bill to set things up. Julian and Lance came out, advised me about my options, got the parts I decided on and installed them all within a few hours. I have an old house so they had to work with old plumbing too and redo what was there. I'm really happy with the parts and their work. They were really nice and explained everything well. I would definitely recommend them! read more

Jordan and Mason came out the same day I called and were very efficient with good communication. They told me the best way to keep the drains cleaner in the future which I was wondering about. Since I don't do any plumbing myself, I didn't mind the price. I will use them again and recommend. Thank you. read more

Didn't even put a spade bit on the snake, was too afraid of getting stuck, wasn't impressed.

Absolutely incredible! They showed up on time, were nice guys, provided fast service, were true to price quote, and had no issues. Excellent service, precise and damned good work! A+ all the way! I felt safe and well communicated with. Thank you! read more

Rob and Andy came out to put in a washer line and drain in an upstairs closet for my elderly mother (We are moving the laundry upstairs). Not only were they SUPER responsive, they did an estimate the next day, and gave me a very reasonable price. They finished the job today and were timely, professional, and kept the place clean. I would recommend them to any family member hands down. Thanks for making this such a smooth and painless experience. read more

ORIGINAL REVIEW WAS "Dominic and Chad did a wonderful job replacing my under basement floor drainage from kitchen drain to main sewer here in Lincoln Park. Professional, clean, and friendly. Dominic discussed each step of work thoroughly. Gave me a fair price. I highly recommend this company. Excellent." I now totally rescind the above review. I was lied to by Dominic and received shoddy work and uncomplete fulfillment of agreed oral contract when work was started. I was told my existing basement bathroom would have to be torn out and start from scratch to get correct slope, of course another $7000 to do this. Untrue; another plumber did it (at less than half Best Plumbing's quote with slab already torn up) without even having to reset pipes. Ground had natural slope and plumber had slope to spare. Also, while piping noticed Best Plumbing's install of my storm floor drain was wobbling every which way. Pulled and it slipped right out; reached his hand back under slab and pulled out a stuffed garbage bag which was used to attach my floor drain to storm drain. So, plumber had to cut slab above drain too and go get supplies to attach it properly. Also was supposed to get main sewer snake out when all work was finished; never received that either. Therefore, buyer beware. read more

Good job overall they did an awesome job very reliable and came on time and got the job done . Would definitely recommend them to anybody trying to use him for any plumbing work read more

My sewer backed up on New Years Eve contaminating my entire finished basement. Best Plumbing came out and un clogged the drain and started the contamination cleanup. They worked all day and then came back on New Years Day to finish the cleanup which involved tearing out the floor, cutting drywall about 12" from the bottom, and then uncontaminating the entire basement. Once the contamination was resolved they spent the rest of the week fixing the clogged drain. This involved a lot of heavy duty work and had to be inspected by the City of Dearborn. The City inspector told me that Best Plumbing is a fantastic plumbing company and passed their work with flying colors!! I have been using Best Plumbing for about 5 years now and I've never been disappointed. They not only do very professional work but they're good people...honest, hard working, and kind. I always feel very comfortable having them in my home!! read more

Finally caved and called best plumbing to fix my bathtub, the quote they gave on the phone was a little lower than what they actually charged but still they were quick to answer and fix the problem. Totally worth the extra $10. Bonus staff was friendly. read more

I had an issue with a leak under my bathtub that was seeping into the basement. BEST was able to get to me within two days, replaced the cheap, old tubing, and got into the ceiling in the basement without issue. They were initially a bit delayed from their appointment time (by about 2 hours..) but the work was completed efficiently, professionally, and successfully with a reasonable, flat rate. I will absolutely use this company in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. read more

First off I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER PLUMBER!!!! Cause Best Plumbing is hands down THE BEST ! Julian and Tony was very respectful of my carpet by removing their shoes and asked if they could come through the back door instead, these two guys work wonders they were in and out within minutes of their arrival and snaked my kitchen sink ( after my wife put lasagna down the drain ) plus were courteous to call me to let me know that they were on their way. Please believe me when I say you don't get that kind of service from others plus you pay a arm and a leg for nothing.... again you can't thank these guy enough so thanks again Julian and Tony you guys are ROCK STARS!!!! read more

I am extremely please with Best Plumbing. The owner was very professional and friendly. I had a wash tub installed and the plumbers worked very hard until the job was complete. They spent over 8 hours ensuring everything was complete and in working order. The owner stopped by at the end of the night to ensure the worked was complete. I support small business and this was well worth the money spent which was reasonable. read more

Used them twice with no problems. Third time the owner was pushy even after they were giving me the run-around on if they were showing up or not. (During quarantine, so I get it) gave a negative review because of the communication and being pushy and he called me months later to try and bribe me to take down the review. Would only stop calling when I declined to take my Google review down for $100. read more

Julian and Tony - did a great job. They showed up on time and they were very personable. They took care of a litany of household pumbing issues e.g. leaky toliet, kitchen sink that did not have hot water, leaky outside spicket, etc. that we have had for years. Highly recommend Best Plumbing of Taylor Michigan. read more

Talked to someone named Brian. Terrible communication, rude, aggressive, absolute displeasure to talk to. IMO, you shouldn't be disrespectful to the people giving you a job. Do yourself a favor and take your service elsewhere. read more

Very respectful curious the service man explained every detail of what he was going to perform.

The toilet in my master bath would make a loud gurgling sound in the shower drain when flushed. Called Best and got a call a couple of days later from Julian. He was very polite, professional and understanding. He went out of his way to keep in touch with me letting me know exactly when he would be available to come out as i had to rearrange my work schedule. Julian and his assistant were great! Julian had to go on the roof and snake through my stack vent to unclog it. He even called that morning to tell me they were on the way and make sure it was ok because they were a little earlier than expected. I will definitely be contacting Best again as I have a few other smaller plumbing issues. I just referred my neighbor to Best this morning!!! read more

I came back to Dearborn, from my place in Macomb, found out my garbage disposal went out...of all times, on a Monday morning. These guys fixed it on Tuesday before 1 pm. Quick turnaround from the initial call to the actual service. You just have to be flexible, if you want the service done quickly. Two plumbers came, one was named Julian. They were very professional and personable. I will call them again and refer my friends in Dearborn to them. read more

Had a broken drain and a clogged drain and needed help fast. It was the Friday before Labor Day weekend and knew I was in a pinch. Through a series of calls Best Plumbing was recommended to me by a plumber who does not do crawl spaces. I called, and Kirk and Jason were on the job and fixed both problems between Friday and Saturday. These men worked excellent together and were very, very accommodating, they really wanted to correct the problem. I was very pleased with Best Plumbing they really wanted help and the technicians were very friendly and professional! Thank you guys. read more

I worked with Brian to schedule the appointment to have a line snaked. In the process of selling a my duplex, the home inspector had inaccurately stated there was a sewer back up with the home. Since it is an older home that has the traps built in - when the buyer hired a company to send a camera down - they couldn't get pass the trap. I hired Best Plumbing to snake it to make sure all was in good working order. There was a little bit of confusion about what I had said and what Brian had heard. When his guys went out, they snaked the line in the kitchen of one of the units, because it was clogged. I was going off the information the inspector had given me and thought they had done the wrong line. Brian and I spoke on the phone and he agreed to go back out the next day to double check, because I wanted to make sure this issue was resolved. That buyer backed out, but at least now I know everything is in good order for the next buyer. When I wasn't happy, Brian offered to refund the $150 for the work they did. I didn't want him to refund it, I just wanted to make sure everything was working in good order. He is very concerned about his customers satisfaction and their prices are competitive. I would recommend working with them again. read more

I was looking for a plumber to replace the galvanized plumbing in my mom and dad's 61 year old house. The first plumbing company's owner showed up two hours after the window they gave me had expired and gave me a very high price. I looked around and found Best. Jim at Best showed up in a few minutes after I called and gave me a great price and fantastic service. He threw in some odds and ends plumbing and did not charge me. I can't say enough about his knowledge, expertise, and concern for doing a top-notch job. Call Jim at Best, because he truly is the best. read more

On 11-20 a plumber from clog busters never showed up or called. Called best Monday night they came out the next day. Extremely happy we called. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Spent over a hour here snaked the kitchen drain 4 times to clear the mud caused by a broken pipe that was fixed before. Fixed the drain cup that I didn't put in right. And charged me half of what clog busters wanted. Will definitely call them in the future. Already told them we will call after the holidays for the bathroom read more
