Unfortunately, they could not remove the clog and had to return the next day with a ladder to access the roof vent. Within 10 minutes, the vent was cleared, and the clogged drain was flowing. The four men who worked on this project were very friendly, professional, and respectful of my property. I am very pleased with the work provided and will use them again should a plumbing need arise. My sewer backed up on New Years Eve contaminating my entire finished basement. Best Plumbing came out and un clogged the drain and started the contamination cleanup. They worked all day and then came back on New Years Day to finish the cleanup which involved tearing out the floor, cutting drywall about 12" from the bottom, and then uncontaminating the entire basement. Once the contamination was resolved they spent the rest of the week fixing the clogged drain. This involved a lot of heavy duty work and had to be inspected by the City of Dearborn. The City inspector told me that Best Plumbing is a fantastic plumbing company and passed their work with flying colors!! I have been using Best Plumbing for about 5 years now and I've never been disappointed. They not only do very professional work but they're good people...honest, hard working, and kind. I had an issue with a leak under my bathtub that was seeping into the basement. BEST was able to get to me within two days, replaced the cheap, old tubing, and got into the ceiling in the basement without issue. They were initially a bit delayed from their appointment time (by about 2 hours..) but the work was completed efficiently, professionally, and successfully with a reasonable, flat rate. (During quarantine, so I get it) gave a negative review because of the communication and being pushy and he called me months later to try and bribe me to take down the review. The toilet in my master bath would make a loud gurgling sound in the shower drain when flushed. Called Best and got a call a couple of days later from Julian. He was very polite, professional and understanding. He went out of his way to keep in touch with me letting me know exactly when he would be available to come out as i had to rearrange my work schedule. Julian and his assistant were great! Julian had to go on the roof and snake through my stack vent to unclog it. He even called that morning to tell me they were on the way and make sure it was ok because they were a little earlier than expected. Had a broken drain and a clogged drain and needed help fast. It was the Friday before Labor Day weekend and knew I was in a pinch. Through a series of calls Best Plumbing was recommended to me by a plumber who does not do crawl spaces. I called, and Kirk and Jason were on the job and fixed both problems between Friday and Saturday. These men worked excellent together and were very, very accommodating, they really wanted to correct the problem. I worked with Brian to schedule the appointment to have a line snaked. In the process of selling a my duplex, the home inspector had inaccurately stated there was a sewer back up with the home. Since it is an older home that has the traps built in - when the buyer hired a company to send a camera down - they couldn't get pass the trap. I hired Best Plumbing to snake it to make sure all was in good working order. There was a little bit of confusion about what I had said and what Brian had heard. When his guys went out, they snaked the line in the kitchen of one of the units, because it was clogged. I was going off the information the inspector had given me and thought they had done the wrong line. Brian and I spoke on the phone and he agreed to go back out the next day to double check, because I wanted to make sure this issue was resolved. That buyer backed out, but at least now I know everything is in good order for the next buyer. When I wasn't happy, Brian offered to refund the $150 for the work they did. I didn't want him to refund it, I just wanted to make sure everything was working in good order. He is very concerned about his customers satisfaction and their prices are competitive.
