Had a bad experience with this company. Toilet wasn't working so I scheduled them to come between 8…read moream and noon and they did not arrive until close to 1 pm. They then quoted us 750$ to use a camera and snake the main line. After not being able to get the camera or wire to work, they said they would take 250$ off the price, but I was still charged 700$ for nothing to be done. After charing me, they then send me the "quote" and invoice. The quote they sent us was for 1500$ and was to "replace the toilet and sink" which was never discussed. They then said to fix the problem they would have to take up the floor and it would be upwards of 7000$. They said they would send me a detailed quote/estimate for this project so we know exactly what needs done, and after emailing and texting/calling them for days I have gotten no response. Then we went downstairs (the bathroom is in the basement) and realized that they left a tarry substance that looked and smelled of feces all over our basement floor, bathroom floor, AND our washing machine. Do not use this company, they will do nothing and then scam you out of hundreds of dollars and leave your place worse off than when they came.

I know they were clearing trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. Phil's was a referral of a FB friend and I called them. Tom came out and was so friendly!! He told me I could keep my drains/pipes from clogging by using plain bleach. Then he gave me an estimate on the spot, then looked again, ran out to his truck and fixed my piping right there. Took about 15 minutes. It was $92.00!! I was so relieved AND grateful, as well as happy with their awesome customer service. I'm glad when a company is honest, fixed what's actually broken and gives you tips on how to maintain it. Hired Able Master to cleaned out our main outside sewer line from the house to the street. I said wow I'm in the wrong business, I didn't know anyone made $250 in 15 minutes and he said the price has gone up And started saying that he had to get his oil changed in his truck and it cost over $100. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything cause we all get our oil changed. Also he doesn't know how to knock on the door, he opened the door and stuck his head in yelling my name as if we were friends scaring my children while doing this. I did have this same company out close to 2 years ago and it was only $125 . Not sure inflation is that bad. Our situation had to get dealt with so I couldn't call around and I should not have assumed that this company hadn't gone money hungry, so I was shocked about the cost, I do understand cost of stuff and if he was here for hours but owners of companies can use discrepancy if it's a fast job. We had/ have a slow draining clog in the sewer line. I think I called on Thursday they got to us on…read morethe following Tuesday. Staff was friendly. Guy who came to service us smelled like weed. I smoke so I have nothing against it but when you're paying through the nose for a service I guess I expect some sort of professionalism and smelling like a dispensary to me isn't acceptable when you're working. I recieved a quote when they got here, they wouldn't give one over the phone. They are quite expensive. He showed me one price of one thousand some dolllars for hydrogetting and another for just rootering it for $410 and said they come with a warranty. I didn't want to wait another week for someone else to give me a quote (which is probably exactly why they wont give quotes over the phone) so I just agreed to pay it. My sister for example lives in Bowling Green. She has had this done 4 times and pays about $250 and they get rid of the roots. I paid the $410 . When he was done he said there are roots and if you don't pay the thousand for us to remove them they say I can't give you the warranty. They should probably lead with that. Update. 2 days later and my toilet is barely flushing. So yeah.

less the 24hs after this review was posted we received a call from the company in a very defensive…read moremanner arguing my point in this review that the communication was strongly lacking. From a customer service point of view this call we received today was highly unprofessional even tho it did end in them seeming to understand where we were coming from. If the call was to happen it should've started out with I'm sorry for experience how can we improve and not try to be defensive. This caused my review to go from 3 stars down to 2. Communication is key and it can definitely be improved on here. The work that was completed was good but the lack of communication and unprofessional call has left a spur taste in my mouth. Double check your estimates. I had a piece of the requested project left off the estimate after clear communication that it needed to be done. Walked the team through what needed to be done when they got here. At that point you think they'd point out it wasn't part of the estimate but no they waited untill the rest was done and told us it was going to be almost 900 for what was forgotten on the estimate. So make sure you double check for errors because im very frustrated with this because it wouldn't have taken long since most of the pvc is already there . They also charge 3% for every thousand dollars and they did not communicate it at any state in the process of hiring them. ( they didn't charge us because it was not disclosed in the estimate itself) but beware it does exist.
