Back in April, I needed my duplex completely re-plumbed. Throughout the years, I always used Action Sewer to clear clogged up drains at my rental unit. When i realized that my 100 year old plumbing system HAD to be replaced, I called Action. They supplied me with a reasonable estimate, started work the time they said they would and spent several days completing the job...And what a fantastic job! They even went over-and-above what was agreed upon...No surprises or "add-ons" when the bill was handed to me. The invoice was the amount of the estimate. They were polite and caring people - two young men showed up one worked one helped as needed -…read moreafter an hour and half working on bathroom sink and kitchen sink the one young man went under the house and discovered the kitchen pipe had a hole in it - within 5 mins he charged me $95 said he'd come back with boss with estimate next day - poof they were gone - never heard back from them Then next day we used Rooter Man, LLC again nice gentleman came - turns out they were all nephews in the family - then things turn to hell - we explained the issue and what happened and how we were abandoned - we agreed sink drain needed estimate - he went under and viewed the issue - decided to work on bathroom sink and fix that for $150 since we wasted $95 day before and they were nephews - he didn't have a watch or phone on him - 4.5-5 hrs later he fixed the bathroom clog - his boss called US TWICE to contact him and check on him because if time - gentleman admitted he lost track of time and didn't realize he'd been there that long - ended up charging us $361.25 - problem I had was he didn't track his time despite us telling him and checking on him - he promised to come back and give us estimate - no call next day - we called they denied knowing us we provided details - response "OH" - well we will be out after he finishes his current job for estimate - again no call another day no water usage - 4 days now Here's the issues I have - we were honest and said we were concerned about price because we are on disability - we were honest about it and said estimates would help - then find out both companies refused to come out for estimates because "we don't have money" our disability and senior status was used against us - I had an issue either this along with the extra costs for repair because person on site chose not to track his time - then denied service - then the gentleman threatened physical harm on me because I dared to question their actions and choices and said I had an issue with moving forward with a $100 check he was given - avoid Drain Master and definitely avoid Rooter Man, LLC in Toledo if your a senior citizen and/or on a fixed income these people will rip you off and treat you badly they have no respect or decency

Gas line was put in quickly and they made up for a delay caused by a supplier dropping the ball. THEN to make things even better, I needed them to come out a second time to check a flex line I installed and they came next day. Highly recommended and will use them again if ever needed. My only critique of them would be their early morning time windows of 8-9 usually arrived at 930 on account of their morning meetings. All other times of day they are punctual and called before arriving.

my air conditioner could not keep up with cooling our one story home. called wojos. on coming out…read morethey put Freon in the unit. still had the same problem. said there might be a small leak but they never tried to find it. same problem next year. called bayside heating and air conditioning in port Clinton. they came out used nitrogen in the system. found the leak. also found a valve that was not operating properly. air keeps up with cooling the home. thanks to bayside heating and cooling . I really would never call wojos again. I really would not recommend wojos based on my personal experience. air conditioner has been working properly now.

Mike repaired an outdoor faucet for us & did a nice job…read more When we had some water in the basement, we decided to try him again to install a sump pump. His crew came in a Sunday, spent about 11 hrs here, digging the trench thru the yard to the French drain by the public sidewalk. They seemed to be working well all day. Next morning, we had water again in our basement!! We called/text Mike & he was going to come right out- he said "about 20 mins"! He NEVER came! We don't even know if the pump installed is a NEW one as quoted- we received NO information about it like a warranty or product information from Mike. We continued to text/call over the next 3 days! At one point, he showed us a pic of a hospital wristband saying he was in an accident. Ok- sorry- just COMMUNICATE that! On day 3, I had enough! I text him vs. hubby, and said we need him to FINISH the job! The yard was to be seeded per the quote; the area they were working in was a mess- bags left behind; empty water bottles, etc. AND they threw concrete in my recycle bin!!!! Half my bin was full of concrete !!! Had to ask Republic for a new one- $25! Smh!!! ‍
