They were polite and caring people - two young men showed up one worked one helped as needed - after an hour and half working on bathroom sink and kitchen sink the one young man went under the house and discovered the kitchen pipe had a hole in it - within 5 mins he charged me $95 said he'd come back with boss with estimate next day - poof they were gone - never heard back from them Then next day we used Rooter Man, LLC again nice gentleman came - turns out they were all nephews in the family - then things turn to hell - we explained the issue and what happened and how we were abandoned - we agreed sink drain needed estimate - he went under and viewed the issue - decided to work on bathroom sink and fix that for $150 since we wasted $95 day before and they were nephews - he didn't have a watch or phone on him - 4.5-5 hrs later he fixed the bathroom clog - his boss called US TWICE to contact him and check on him because if time - gentleman admitted he lost track of time and didn't realize he'd been there that long - ended up charging us $361.25 - problem I had was he didn't track his time despite us telling him and checking on him - he promised to come back and give us estimate - no call next day - we called they denied knowing us we provided details - response "OH" - well we will be out after he finishes his current job for estimate - again no call another day no water usage - 4 days now Here's the issues I have - we were honest and said we were concerned about price because we are on disability - we were honest about it and said estimates would help - then find out both companies refused to come out for estimates because "we don't have money" our disability and senior status was used against us - I had an issue either this along with the extra costs for repair because person on site chose not to track his time - then denied service - then the gentleman threatened physical harm on me because I dared to question their actions and choices and said I had an issue with moving forward with a $100 check he was given - avoid Drain Master and definitely avoid Rooter Man, LLC in Toledo if your a senior citizen and/or on a fixed income these people will rip you off and treat you badly they have no respect or decency read more

He answered promptly and assured me that the plumbing problem we had would be promptly resolved before the end of the day (a Friday). True to his word, Dustin arrived late afternoon and was no-nonsense in diagnosing and resolving our plumbing problems. Got me in the next day to hydro jet my sewer line. They were more affordable than others I called. My only complaint is that they trampled one of my plants and then covered it up with mulch. To be fair it was a small plant and they were young guys. Probably didn't even realize they did it and the clean out was in my flower bed. I'd call them again in the future. read more

This week we needed a water filter installed. In process of getting this installed, we found many of our valves needed to be replaced. Jordan installed the system and replaced all valves. So just moved in this house last week. Was told they had someone remove roots in March. The rain hits and the so called "Never Flood" basement floods. Called out Drain Master snd it was after 6pm. Had someone out first thing in the morning. Went out 80 some feet and cleared the roots. Will use again in a year or so. read more

Spoke with Bill over the phone for an estimate on plumbing work related to two bathroom remodels we are working on. Bill was very knowledgeable and told me what we would need to have done and which materials I would need to buy vs what they could provide at wholesale costs. Chris is the one who did the work. He was prompt, called on his way, and very polite. He had to add plumbing to allow for a second sink in a vanity, and we ended up deciding to have him run the plumbing behind the wall because there was access from an attic. His work is impeccable! And he charged a fair rate for the work completed. Due to a missing piece in one of the faucets I bought, he will have to come back to finish, but the vanity, toilet, and shower/tub fixture update he installed look amazing. Breathed new life into our 1950's bathroom - very necessary as we are expecting our first baby and will use this bathroom to bathe baby. Had an appointment scheduled for between 3-4pm today. By 4 they still hadn't shown up so we called to see if they were still coming, no answer and no return call. At 6:10 the guy shows up, but by then my husband who knew the issue was out doing errands so I told the guy we'd be going with someone else (as this was completely unprofessional). If you make an appointment you should be there when agreed upon, not 2-3 hours later. read more

Do not hire this company. I paid $150 for them to unclog a bathroom sink, but they could not get it unclogged. Later that day when I took a shower, the bath water leaked into the kitchen and ruined my ceiling. We were not having problems with the bath drain before Drain Master came out. The reviews of Drain Master were generally very good or excellent. Their service did not disappoint!! My initial call was answered quickly and professionally. Scheduling was easy. I received a phone call 1/2 hour when they were on their way. The plumber, Scott, was incredible! He was not only professional and extremely knowledgable. Not only did he deal with the issue we called about, but also was happy to look at another issue and provide a free estimate. In fact, he pulled an intact drinking glass out of our plugged garbage disposal which meant we did not have to buy a new one! We definitely will be using Drain Master in the future. They were able to schedule same day service for me, but I was unavailable, so they scheduled next day and came during the narrow time frame I had available.
