From a customer service point of view this call we received today was highly unprofessional even tho it did end in them seeming to understand where we were coming from. If the call was to happen it should've started out with I'm sorry for experience how can we improve and not try to be defensive. This caused my review to go from 3 stars down to 2. Communication is key and it can definitely be improved on here. The work that was completed was good but the lack of communication and unprofessional call has left a spur taste in my mouth. Double check your estimates. I had a piece of the requested project left off the estimate after clear communication that it needed to be done. Walked the team through what needed to be done when they got here. At that point you think they'd point out it wasn't part of the estimate but no they waited untill the rest was done and told us it was going to be almost 900 for what was forgotten on the estimate. So make sure you double check for errors because im very frustrated with this because it wouldn't have taken long since most of the pvc is already there . They also charge 3% for every thousand dollars and they did not communicate it at any state in the process of hiring them. ( they didn't charge us because it was not disclosed in the estimate itself) but beware it does exist.

He boasted he had thirty years in the industry but would only refer me to chat rooms if I pressed for a better explanation. As has since been confirmed by a separate HVAC professional, the smart thermostat was only indicating a problem with the furnace itself. M&M charged me each and every time they attempted to service this furnace between November and January, and charged me to replace the working thermostat. Still, when the furnace failed hours after their latest attempt, I contacted their emergency weekend services, but was never called back. My furnace is functioning now after minimal service from a separate HVAC professional, and I trust the advice they have given me about the longevity of the system.

I looked online and found that Brian Johns came highly recommended. I called and found that sadly, Mr. Johns has passed. However Abe, has taken on the business and upholds the same high quality standards, and honest and fair pricing. Abe responded quickly (probably would have been quicker if it wasn't for my lack of availability).He got right to work, first diagnosing, and then fixing the problem. I had an issue where I needed to replace my pressure relief valve on my hot water tank. My tank was pretty old and they said that would be the cheapest fix but if the tank started to go bad then I would need a new one all together which was really expensive. A friend of mine recommended I call Force Heating and Cooling, they came out and quoted me a much more affordable rate for an entire new tank all together!
