In the SE Michigan "great ice storm of February of 2023," I had to have repairs completed to a…read moreservice entry mast on my house so that Consumers Power would reenergize our electrical meter. On February 24th, I made calls to 9 electricians surrounding the Adrian area (my town.) I received 3 calls in return - one of them being from Deere Electric. But wait - there's more! Not only did they call back 3 times to update me on where I was on their list, but I also received a couple of emails as well! And for most of this effort, Deere electric itself was without telephone and internet service. Wow. Who does this? And who does this especially considering that I did not hire them as I found someone who could make it out to me sooner? I did not want to miss Consumers Power by any means as they were "blowing through" Adrian and arriving without notice. If you were not ready, you went to the back of their line. And although I was fortunate to be running off of a small generator, I was tired of hauling gas just to keep the refrigerator going and heating the bedroom only. Please know that I will be making the first call to this electrical company when I do need help the next time. I highly recommend Deere Electric based on customer service alone!!
