Many electricians turned us away because their schedules were already booked (so was Todd's), but he came that evening and was so helpful. The next day when DTE was out I called him up and he answered right away and was willing to talk to DTE because I didn't think they were fixing the right issue. Todd walked them through what he observed the night before and I can't say enough good things about him or this company. I will be using them for all my electrical needs. THANK YOU!

Even better, he was able to come out the very next day, walk us through the best approach for our situation, and provide a very reasonable estimate. It was so stress-free even my cat didn't freak out. He just stayed on the other end of the house and chilled. LOL We had an entire remodel done (walk-in tiled shower, new double vanity [which replaced the single], new toilet, and linen cabinet. We also replaced the vinyl tile with ceramic, replaced the bathroom door with a larger 32 in. door (which required Tom to widen and reframe the doorway), replaced all of the drywall and changed the entire floor plan (which required Tom to replumb the toilet). We couldn't be more pleased with our new bathroom. Tom even installed some handy grab bars for my aging mother to use, a nice tiled bench for her to sit on while showering, and mounted a convenient shower dispenser/caddy for me to eliminate all the bottles of shampoo/shower gel and also has a handy mirror and a place to put my shaving cream and hang my shower sponges.
