We made an appointment to get an estimate. A knowledgeable member of the Steele Team arrived on schedule and reviewed our options. A few days later we received the estimate, one that was lower than an earlier estimate we had received from a competitor, and we approved the job. The following week the installation crew arrived and put in the Breeze 33 system, including the air conditioning unit, 8 ducts strategically positioned in bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas, an air handler (installed in the hallway ceiling), and the outdoor unit behind the house. The crew was excellent and got the job done in a single day. They meticulously cleaned up after themselves -- actually, they did better than that, vacuuming the stairway cleaner than it was before they came and repositioning personal items in rooms that might be impacted by falling dust from the drilling. I hired Cochran Electric to install a 240 volt Tesla EV charger at my house. I'd called a couple of…read morethe companies recommended by Tesla, and Cochran's price was nearly half the cost of the "recommended" electricians. The charger worked perfectly for several months, until it started tripping the circuit breaker every time we charged the car. I called Cochran, honestly just for an idea of what might be causing the issue. They sent an electrician out the next day, he determined it was a bad breaker, replaced it free of charge and it's been working perfectly since. Sadly , that kind of "service after the sale" is hard to come by these days, but this company, including the office staff and the electricians, clearly make an effort to keep their customers happy long term. I honestly couldn't have been happier with either the initial installation or the follow up, I'm definitely a customer for life.
