The lights were installed when promised and looked beautiful. They held up well during some very windy days during the holiday season. I was surprised at the high cost of installing holiday lights but I think Hayward is competitive after pricing other companies. We would use them again. Service and quality was great!

They come out leaf blow your gutters and leave a mess. Then you have to call back. Even if you build into the contract pictures of the work, you probably won't get them... On the occasion that you do get pictures, they will be selective and far enough away that you can't tell they did the minimal work until you climb up there your self and have a look. It is habitually always the same process, same hassle and run around. leaf blowers, then call back, then another crew comes out, pictures sometimes... at this point i can only assume they are trained to do the minimal hoping most folks won't get up there and look.
