I called Bella maybe 4 or 5 times and talked to a nice lady in their office each time. She said she would give my request to the person doing these estimates. Well I never received a call back from this person. Customer service is a big zero Bella. Looking back I'm so glad I didn't hire Bella. I've seen their work and I'm not impressed. It looks like they fail in doing the trimming when they are mowing. They seem to be rushing to get the mowing done quickly so they can get to the next job or break. Regarding snow removal if you aren't in a rush to have your snow cleared in a timely manner then Bella might be the right one for you.

We contracted with Sammy's to level the back- and side-yard lawn--get rid of those rough areas--and install a patio, along with removing some bushes and applying mulch in some areas. The sales rep who gave us his pitch promised a "laser-level lawn." By the next spring one corner of the patio is sagging, and the lawn is nearly as rough as it had been, and it's been getting rougher over the years since his crew performed the work. When I complained to Sammy about the lawn mower bumpety-bump-bumping along, his answer was to keep mowing the lawn and let grass clippings decompose to fill in the low spots.
