He…read moreknows the business well after 30+ years and will work you into his schedule if it's an emergency. He has a crack staff that can be assembled in hours, even on weekends to accommodate any emergency. How do I know? I had a 60-70 ft tree about 15 feet from my house near several power lines. The trunk rapidly split down the middle. And of-course it had to happen on a Saturday morning so it was after hours. Steve made my problem his priority after calling him. He quoted, rallied his crew, and had it on the ground, cut up, shredded, and cleaned up within SIX hours !!! That was the most impressive feat I've seen for any contractor I hired. Everyone of his staff was professional. He made it a point to preserve my front lawn during the removal process. He also returned a day or two later to grind out the stump, a 30 min task for him. He may not be the lowest quote for tree service, but you are gaining the piece of mind that he'll solve your tree problem FAST and EFFECTIVE. Two things that matter when dealing with any tree problem.

Just cancelled our contract. We wrote and called this year to cancel the weed spraying several…read more weeks ago.. Tech sprayed our front lawn few days ago with weed killer and spray drifted near the strawberry patch. I pulled out 50 plants. Our other reason to stop weed spray--we have a chronically ill dog and do not want her exposed. Apparently the tech told the office when I called to complain the he only sprayed at the curb before reading the work instructions. So why are there dying patched of weeds all over front year? The office said the price is the same for just dry application as it is for both dry and weed control. Also, we have communicated that we have an oddly-shaped yard. Called, showed the techs, even sent a drawing of the yard to Blanchard last year. They continued to treat yard as a square one, not a triangle and missed portions we needed fertilized.
