I was quoted $3500 to remove an oak tree. During removal they lost control of a major limb and…read moredamaged another smaller tree knocking it halfway down. When they returned in the morning the smaller tree had fallen down. When done they tried to charge me $400 to remove the tree they damaged. They also tried to charge me and additional $500 for a lift that they mentioned would be needed when they quoted the $3500. They left the lower three foot portion of the small tree trunk blocking part of the crick which will inhibit flow. They also left a four foot tall stump from the oak tree they were supposed to cut down. The owner told me they would take care of those two items when I paid him but they didn't. When I reached out to him he indicated they weren't going to do any more free work for me. They never did any free work they just tried to overcharge me $900. They showed a discount on the bill for $900 like they were doing me a favor so the total would be the $3500 they quoted. Their cleanup was not as good as Evergreen Tree service who recently did some work for us. If they would have completed the work and not tried to overcharge me, I would probably have given them at least 4 stars. They have shown themselves to be disreputable in my experience with them and I would shy away from contracting them for work. There are other tree services available that are affordable and professional such as Evergreen.

I was just looking to spruce up my garden in a very modest fashion, but instead, left with a new found sense of gardening. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable with any questions i had. Its nice to see owners of a business get their "hands dirty." They were here for almost 6 hours and the before and after was a huge difference. The crew removed all the debris and raked/swept up any remnants from their trimming activities. You couldn't tell by looking at the ground in the areas where the crews were working that branches were cut down and some cut into smaller pieces. I was quite impressed with the end result.
