Ok .. so I'm going to get them five stars but that said I swear it's only us this stuff happens…read moreto!!! They came with high recommendations from two friends Without going into 20 paragraphs all I can say is they're communication sucked they're promises of being here then not showing up sucked understandable they had some emergencies and tractor problems it happens but you communicate with your customer. Again not going into huge detail but we were promised several things that weren't written on the invoice that were given the day of the quote.. including fixing the neighbor's yard which they said is not something they do after they told us they would too long of a story to go into All I can give advice to them is you don't ghost your customer over and over again We had the cash we luckily didn't pay them until the job was totally done are we probably would have never seen them again We are loyal cash paying people We don't rip people off but you do finish the job before you get paid in full That's a given with any contractor as you all know The job was not completed the first day we were waiting for them to come back to pay them which was like pulling teeth.. Obviously when they finish the job they got paid plus some we appreciate what they did but they need to be better communicators in the future..

They were here for almost 6 hours and the before and after was a huge difference. The crew removed all the debris and raked/swept up any remnants from their trimming activities. You couldn't tell by looking at the ground in the areas where the crews were working that branches were cut down and some cut into smaller pieces. I was quite impressed with the end result. Job well done!

This past weekend, we had a phenomenal experience with Bedford Tree Service…read more The crew showed up on Saturday to tackle a massive job: taking down a 100-year-old red oak tree from our yard. They finished it all in one day! We're new homeowners and had been pretty nervous about removing the tree since it was hanging over our house (and our brand-new roof). Between the garden, the neighbor's garage, and a nearby home, there really wasn't much room for them to work the crane or bucket truck in. But by the end of the day, the tree was safely down and cut up exactly how we had asked, and the garden was untouched. Even with 90-degree heat and an hour and a half of heavy rain, the crew stayed on site the whole time. They kept such a positive, upbeat attitude all day. Everyone worked very hard and was humble, kind, and easy to talk to. They even took time to explain what they were doing and why. They cleaned up our yard so well. They picked up even the small sticks, blew the sawdust off our patio, and left everything looking better than it did before. I can't recommend this local tree service enough. They are absolutely worth it!
