We contracted with a tree service to remove an old weeping willow tree from our front yard. They were supposed to cut the tree down and remove all the wood and clean up the area. They cut the tree down into huge chunks and told my husband they "wanted to be done". We had no equipment to finish cutting up the huge chunks or way to get rid of the wood. We contacted Bedford tree service. They told us the day they would arrive and by the time we got home from work, all remnants of the wood were gone! The absolutely saved us! This past weekend, we had a phenomenal experience with Bedford Tree Service. The crew showed up on Saturday to tackle a massive job: taking down a 100-year-old red oak tree from our yard. They finished it all in one day! We're new homeowners and had been pretty nervous about removing the tree since it was hanging over our house (and our brand-new roof). Between the garden, the neighbor's garage, and a nearby home, there really wasn't much room for them to work the crane or bucket truck in. But by the end of the day, the tree was safely down and cut up exactly how we had asked, and the garden was untouched. Even with 90-degree heat and an hour and a half of heavy rain, the crew stayed on site the whole time. They kept such a positive, upbeat attitude all day. Everyone worked very hard and was humble, kind, and easy to talk to. They even took time to explain what they were doing and why. They cleaned up our yard so well. They picked up even the small sticks, blew the sawdust off our patio, and left everything looking better than it did before. I can't recommend this local tree service enough.
