The first two went well. My only issue with those 2 now is upon reading the other google reviews I got damn lucky no one hit my house. I say that not because they did a bad job but because Will told me he was insured. However, if you look further down in the reviews wills crew cracked a man's concrete and in Wills response to this man he is claiming he is not responsible because he contracted the job out. The thing is Will labels all his guys self contractors for tax purposes though it does seem they act as employees so I think that could be challenged . Also from what I've read I could be wrong the company you hire is responsible for making sure anyone they hire is insured so will probably should have and probably still could be sued to fix said concrete . third tree job I gave William 1750 on 10/17 he was to cut my tree down oct 24th he did not call he did not show I eventually got ahold of him and he set up a new date he did this a few times but then decided he didn't have enough guys so was gonna give my money back nov. 29th sent back 700 had spent the rest . We made another deal for that since my money was gone he could remove 1/4th the tree for 800 he agreed but this also drug on past the new year . I did eventually get my money back but it was after many texts and a demand letter took till mid march

He said he'd be out the next morning between 9-930a. He arrived right on time & did exactly what he said he would! Might I add, it was over 90 degrees outside. This is a family owned company and his wife and son were there helping. All of them were respectful of our property taking care not to damage anything. I believe they might have made a hole in my garage roof which I had to have repaired once I discovered it a couple months later- the hole went thru 3 layers of shingles and wood. In the winter when I asked when they were coming to trim oak he refused and pretended like he didn't know who I was. I payed 2600 for 3 trees. I managed to get $800 back for the oak. I recently visited oak park garden center(as its listed as a tourist destination) and found out for myself that it truly is a spectacular place. Their water garden selections are amazing. I was just looking to spruce up my garden in a very modest fashion, but instead, left with a new found sense of gardening. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable with any questions i had. Its nice to see owners of a business get their "hands dirty." I'm looking forward to starting my spring garden with Oak Park Garden Center.
