100% recommend Naz Home Improvement based on our experience with him…read more.. What Naz Did for Us: Naz installed our in-suite whirlpool tub, which involved bringing plumbing from the master bath into the main bedroom suite, doing electrical work at the breaker panel, carpentry to build the frame for the drop-in tub and tiling over the whole enclosure and the floor. How Naz Conducts Business: He was professional from start to finish. Responsive phone calls to our initial inquiry, booties over his shoes when coming out to quote and a line item quote told me from the beginning that Naz is a contractor holding himself to a professional standard. Naz spent 3wks in our home and was SUPER great the whole time. There were a couple unplanned changes as the project progressed, but Naz was very agreeable and reasonable about everything--he even suggested a few to make the finished result better than we planned and we're so glad he did! Naz's Work: Naz is more than an installer--he's a craftsman that takes PRIDE in his work. He made a couple recommendations beyond the original scope of the project at his own expense because he believed it would look or function better. That's how much he CARES. As to the quality of his work, I think the pictures from myself and others speak for themselves. If you get Naz on your project, you won't be disappointed.

There are seriously no words to describe Naz. The closest I can think of is an angel. 5 stars…read morearen't nearly enough! Naz has been a blessing to me and my family. My mother had seriously searched for years to find someone to renovate her bathroom. He is a master of his craft! Every person she called was either dishonest or greedy. I happened to find Naz through Google and all of his reviews were spot on. He is professional, kind, caring, timely, considerate, honest, and a perfectionist. I could literally go on and on about him. He went above and beyond his initial estimate. He is also very considerate of the customer and their future needs and will make suggestions when planning. After gutting the bathroom, he found that the electrical and plumbing was nowhere near up to code. I figured this, as the bathroom lighting stopped working years ago and the cold water from sink would not work. He re-did all of that without charging extra! He also fixed some things around the house that we noticed after he left that had not been working for at least a decade (I kid you not). He painted the bathroom twice to ensure the color was perfect. He also added in some extras in the bathroom that were a total surprise! The quality in the materials used is A1 and well within budget. We could not thank Naz enough for all of the work he has done in the home. When unveiling the bathroom, we both cried. It was emotional because of the time spent waiting for this day and the shock of the before and after. My mom is so proud of her bathroom and now is the talk of the neighborhood. They now refer to her bathroom as the HGTV bathroom. The pictures don't do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! He made the process so easy. My mom told him a color and he put everything together himself! My mom is excited to work with him for future projects in the home. If you need something done in your home, I HIGHLY recommend Naz for the job! You will NOT be disappointed.

Their design team had great ideas, and they took care of every detail to make our home modern and beautiful. I trust them completely. The owners, managers and crew are solid people with whom it was a pleasure to work. What followed was a complete disaster highlighted with shoddy work and huge messes left behind for us to clean up! The drywall was so bad at the seams it was impossible for him to fix and he had to install 12" tiles to cover up his complete failure (tile is what we started with and wanted changed)! He used a random power sander to finish the seams and didn't attach a shop vac and we had a thick cover of dust not only over all of that room, but also the adjacent kitchen, as well!!!. He "forgot" to place a barrier in that doorway that reached all the way to the floor! Unbelievable! On top of that when he reinstalled the cove molding he nailed it up upside down!. 10 days later, after cleaning and washing the dust off the walls and windows, I hooked the TV back up and discovered two cracks in our 65" LG!. Now I'm dealing with his damn insurance co. and looking to find a carpenter to fix the upside down trim work. He also borrowed my big drop cloth and sliced a hole in it while cutting the tile! Don't let him even give you an estimate! This is a nightmare and beware of this guy!
