When I called, they told me I wasn't even on the account--despite using my contact information and billing my card. I told them not to charge me for services I never received. They charged me anyway. They then told me they "now have to listen to the recorded call." When I asked why that wasn't done when I first reported the issue, they had no explanation. Their system allowed my personal information to be tied to a stranger's account, they performed work at the wrong address, and they billed me for it. This company is careless, incompetent, and a rip-off. Avoid them. What could improve, do what I asked, refund my money a permanently delete (completely) my account and overhaul your systems to be an acceptable company that performs acceptable services.
