I was waiting for my flight out of Orlando International and figured, why not try something new and on the healthier side of airport food after a long vacation of unhealthy food - and found Nature's Table Bistro. It was honestly just okay/average at best. The workers were friendly and pretty fast. We tried the Sesame Thai Bowl and the Greek Protein Bowl - both lacked sauces/dressings and had wayyy too much spinach, it was more like a dry salad with a small spoon of rice at the bottom. The redeeming factor for me personally was that the hummus portion was big, and pretty tasty in the Greek Bowl. Overall, it's a very average quick service restaurant with healthier options on their menu, nothing spectacular but nothing terrible. If you're trying a bowl here - do the Greek one, it's better than the Sesame Asian Bowl. I'm not sure if I would return, as Qdoba is right across the food court, but maybe it's worth a shot to you. read more

I went to the airport today on an empty stomach, when I came here I was hoping to at least get some decent food with good customer service. This wish was definitely torn away from me. Whilst I was still in line to purchase my food, I had noticed that the glass that encased the food was extremely moldy with fuzz and an awful stench. Once I had retrieved my food from the cashier I had asked her if they were planning on doing anything about the mold on the glass, and she was acting extremely oblivious as was the man (presumably her coworker) beside her, so he has asked me to show him where the mold was and when I did, he acted like he didn't even know it was there, which I find extremely hard to believe since the stench was putrid and the mold had already spread very largely. When I went to go sit back down in the lounge inside the airport, I was hoping at least the food would be pretty good, but that was wrong as well, the food was incredibly mediocre and nearly flavorless. Do better, thanks, and if i get a brain eating parasite, you are getting sued. read more

I am reporting Dennise and the manager to Consumer Affairs. I was at the Orlando International Airport in Florida and decided to get something to eat. I decide to buy a Turkey Club and water for $16.98. As I tap my card to pay, I ask Dennise the cashier why it's not working? She said I had to answer the question first. When I look down at the screen, my payment goes through for $21.46. I immediately asked why I was charged more? Dennise just shrugged her shoulders. When I look at the receipt, I see a Tip charge for $3.57. I then asked why I was being charged for a tip? She said I must of touched the button. I said I did not and wanted a refund. She calls over her manager Rick who said he couldn't refund the tip. He said if I scanned the QR code, they can send me a refund. Meanwhile, the QR code sent me to a survey. I'm beyond annoyed and will be officially reporting this. I am a great tipper when I am at a restaurant. The people working there have an honest kindness. The Sesame Thai Power Protein Bowl was delicious. Maybe had two pieces of chicken beyond what I can easily eat. I tried to tip two dollars cash and the cashier informed me they cannot take cash tips. The card machine promoted me to leave an electronic tip, so this does not seem fair. I heard tell that the electronic tips don't make their way back to the service workers. I am suspicious of Nature's Bistro Table as a company. They were here early enough to serve me a healthy breakfast at 4:15 AM. And they did it with professionalism and a smile. This spot is a quick service restaurant in the food court past security in Terminal B of MCO Orlando Airport. I ordered the sesame thai wrap and it was pretty good. I would definitely order that again next time. The staff will make your meal as quick as they can so it can take about 5 minutes to get your sandwich. There's other food spots next door if you're feeling a burrito at Qdoba or a smoothie at freshens. Tables are in the center (indoor) to sit at. I would come back here again. read more

Seldom do I feel the need to drop reviews for airport establishments because it's typically known that these places are subpar BUT here we go. For starters, I'll admit that I usually do go for NT when in its MCO terminal. This is mainly due to it's wide selection and varied options. It's a step above the yogurt place and Wendy's. So as far as options are concerned, let's say 5/5. Good for the health conscious, vegans/vegetarians, gluten free people, and people who just like food. Quality of food definitely varies. Here is where I'll say 3/5. The sandwich and salad options are almost always good and taste fresh but the hot options really leave something to be desired. I had an early flight to catch this morning and decided to grab a piece of quiche. They warmed it up almost ten minutes before it was my turn to pay and receive my food. This left me w a Luke warm piece of quiche. It was also rubbery! Customer service and timeliness 0/5. I swear for an establishment that gets as busy as this one, they operate so poorly. They take their sweet time and refuse to hustle at all. On numerous occasion I have spent at least 30 minutes on this line. They only have one register and I've never had a friendly cashier. You'd also think they would have a separate line of some sort for people just grabbing quick items from the fridge. But nope! You'll wait no matter what. Ina terminal of limited options, this (or Zaza) is the best. I mostly blame MCO for not providing a decent number of establishments in a very busy airport but Nature's Table can certainly do better. read more

I'm happy to report I had a god experience with Nature's Table. There were very few dairy free/gluten free options at the airport so my options were limited but the Latin bowl from here was great. Big portion, lot of flavor and seasoning. I can't speak to anything else, but I was happy with the food and check out process. No complaints here. read more

For an airport restaurant, this was pretty good. We were flying out June 8, 2023. We had fast seating, personal service from Yazmin our server and just so you know, she "killed" it. Needing some tasty and somewhat healthy food I stopped in here. The line moved fairly quickly and even though the menu was slightly confusing the employees explained what I could order. You can order bowls, burritos, various other items that they make for you or you can have a salad. I did the large salad as it came with three selections from the cooler case. I got garbanzo beans that included kalamata olives and cherry tomatoes in a light sauce topped with feta as one selection. Next the healthy power slaw that included red and green cabbage slices, carrots, sunflower seeds and raisins in a creamy but light sauce. My last selection was broccoli salad in a light white sauce. The portion was large and everything tasted delicious. Quite the pleasant find in an airport. You can also get some pre made wraps here as well along with some brownies and other deserts which I didn't try this time. They have a selection of drinks and juices at the end before the register. Checking out was quick and easy. Everything looked fresh and I had a fairly healthy meal and great service. I will be back. read more

He said the Carnitas was ok. He liked all the rice, beans and corn in it.....This might be the best of what they offer. My bowl was a bunch of rice that was mixed with quinoa and other vegetables. Look, this is an airport fast casual establishment so obviously no one is going here for a memorable meal. That said, my lil protein bowl was surprisingly memorable because I had the option to add plant-based chicken! It's still so shockingly rare to find, I'll begrudgingly pay the extra $3 for it. I'll add that the person making my bowl took great care to ensure that chik'n was cooked just right. The bowl itself was very filling (asked for extra black beans) and very fresh. I'll definitely be full until I get home - and again, that's rare when I eat at airports because the options are often so slim.
