Prepped foods are a bit pricier, but that's what we pay for quality and convenience. Firebird carries supplements, proteins, pre-work out, energy drinks and so much more! They were one of the first places to have the new Ghost Energy flavors, so it was great to have an "in" on the new goods. An example on their prices: a two-pound Quest protein powder is only $30 here. Everywhere else it's $40+. All protein bars are about $2 and elsewhere they're $2.50+. I'd love it if they opened a location closer to me, maybe Ahwatukee, but I'd take Chandler or Tempe. Oh, one more tip...if you haven't tried G-Butter, do it. The cookies n cream flavor is my favorite and Discount Nutrition Superstore is the only place in the valley to carry it. You can thank me later.
