This place is such a hidden gem. The shop owner was beyond knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely…read morepassionate about helping both her customers and the community. You can tell she truly cares about what she carries and wants people to leave feeling informed and supported. The selection was amazing, especially because many of the products are ones I already use and love. Normally, I've had to order them directly from the companies and wait forever for shipping, so finding them locally was such an awesome find. I also loved that they had a section dedicated to dogs, which immediately caught my attention as a dachshund owner myself. When you're a pet parent, especially with breeds that can have specific needs, it can be hard to know which products to trust and what's actually worth buying. It was really nice being able to browse products in person and talk with someone knowledgeable about them. It's also so refreshing to see locally owned shops like this still exist. Places like this make shopping feel personal again, and you leave feeling good knowing you're supporting a small business that truly cares about its customers. And getting to love on the cutest pup

The shop itself is decorated so cute and has such a warm, welcoming vibe. My daughter takes vocal lessons in the same plaza, and I always look forward to popping in. It's become one of my favorite little stops. They have a great selection of high-quality supplements and health products, but what really makes this place special is the variety of unique items -- incense, crystals, and the cutest gift ideas you don't find everywhere else. If you're looking for something thoughtful and different for your spiritually-minded, health-conscious friends (or yourself), this is the place. And on top of all that, the prices are very reasonable and parking is super easy, which just makes the whole experience even better. Such a gem of a shop -- highly recommend!

They take weeks.. yes weeks.. to reply to any questions from their website via email - which is about the only way to contact them. By the time they reply, I've already aggressively ChatGPT'd deep researched the answer and have a totally different question/set of questions. Not to mention their reply is something to the effect of "I am not sure, you'll have to ask your provider." The irony is they could probably outsource their customer service entirely offshore or to AI and not only save money, but respond to 'patients' a lot faster. SMH.

This place is a complete quack shop. It gives me MLM vibes…read more My husband is a cult follower of Joe so when Joe recommended people use this company, he did. He talked me into it rather than going to see an actual endocrinologist. I said I'd give it a try. For starters you are charged $53.48/week for their subscription. But subscription to what? You don't get to speak with a doctor without their permission. And I'm order to be able to speak with a doctor you have to have lab work done (each time). Female lab work is around $140. They put me on meds without having a full conversation with me. The doctor I was assigned to called me and acted like she didn't have the time of day for me. She actually called me 2 hours later than our scheduled time. She rushed through telling me the meds and that was that. I started taking them and after a month could tell something wasn't right. I messaged into my "coordinator" Chloe and after multiple emails finally got ahold of her. I told her I'd like to speak with the doctor regarding the meds I was given. She told me I needed to do more blood work to speak to the doctor. I told her I just wanted to have a conversation to make sure what was going on was normal. Chloe, who doesn't have a medical license, assured me whatever I was feeling (never told her) was normal. I still don't understand what I'm paying for weekly when I have insurance and they don't give me anything in return for what I'm paying. There's something shady going on with this company. I highly recommend you avoid them!

True to their word, I received a text notification on the expected date that the prescription was ready. When I went to pick it up, a kind woman at the register assisted me. Since I'd never used the medication in gel form before, I asked for a consultation with the pharmacist. The pharmacist's instructions were clear and thorough, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. This was honestly one of the best pharmacy experiences I've ever had.
