She was thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we understood the next steps. Her communication and professionalism really helped ease our concerns. My husband needed several biopsies done, and if you've ever had a skin biopsy, you know the numbing process can be one of the most uncomfortable parts. The medical assistant was amazing. She did everything she could to keep him calm, explain what was happening, and make the process as quick and comfortable as possible. The office itself was very clean, and the entire staff was welcoming and kind.
