We were finally able to move forward with getting answers, and we are so thankful we chose this office. Brittany was wonderful. She was thorough, took the time to answer all of our questions, and made sure we understood the next steps. Her communication and professionalism really helped ease our concerns. My husband needed several biopsies done, and if you've ever had a skin biopsy, you know the numbing process can be one of the most uncomfortable parts. The medical assistant was amazing. She did everything she could to keep him calm, explain what was happening, and make the process as quick and comfortable as possible. The office itself was very clean, and the entire staff was welcoming and kind. Going through something as stressful as skin cancer evaluations can be overwhelming, but this team made us feel like we were in good hands. We are very happy we chose this office for my husband's skin cancer care and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable providers.

The facility is very clean and beautiful. Cons: I booked for a prenatal massage. I am 7 months pregnant and extremely achy and sore. I work 9 hours a day at an office so i have a bad back, shoulders and with the pregnancy horribly sore feet. That is usually all I need to say for a massage therapist to know what to work on. I have received amazing prenatal massaged throughout my pregnancy, and i am familiar with all the spas and resorts throughout the valley. Although very kind, I feel this masseuse did not pay attention to the areas of concern I highlighted on the intake form, and that we spent time discussing before hand. There was no specialized attention to these areas, and the pressure was extremelyyy light. I am a very shy person and do not like confrontation at all, There were two times I ALMOST got the courage to speak up to see if she can work harder or deeper on my back and feet and by the time i was about to she was moving on. I actually feel like she spent more time on my front side, which should not be the case if we talked about my back and neck. I spent close to $160 after tip to basically have lotion rubbed on my whole body very very lightly. I picked this place based on the 5 starts review, and it seems to be a better option of you are looking for a facial, or maybe the head spa, but the massage was not therapeutic at all. I'm writing this from work where my back and shoulders are still killing me and the most terrible part is i paid for an extra 30 min because i needed extra work on these areas. I left extremely disappointed and subsequently I'm looking for another place to go to to fix these areas of concern as the massage I received here did nothing for me.

What a shame. My…read moreaccount has been on hold for a few months as my finances have been inconsistent due to medical. I saw it was going to charge me a few weeks ahead so I called to cancel my membership. I was convinced to stay on as a member and would be charged April 24th, 2025, which I thought by then it would be a good chance I'll have the finances together or a little better off. I was charged as a member to my account, which then overdrafted m account by $30. So My account then was -111.52. I immediately called and no one picked up for like 10 minutes. I sent a text message with the screenshot showing that their automatic charge overdrafted my account and within minutes a gal called me back. She started the refund process and said she would have the regional manager get back to me. I was sent a text message but I have been in shut down mode as money is tight and that absolutely ruined my plans for feeding myself and getting to places I needed to be. Today, I conversed with the regional manager, Ivori and no positive resolution was given. Hi, Skin refunded the membership fee but I'm still out -12.52 because of the overdraft fee. Not okay. I signed a contract. This shouldn't have happened. I loved coming here. The gal I had, Kaitlyn, left but she was fantastic. It was the one hour a month I got to treat myself. However, I have disabilities that required I make a choice of putting my account on hold or taking care of myself. I signed the waiver on the 14th after receiving it on the 13th and thought I was in the clear until April as it says in the form. I am extremely disappointed in my experience and 10000% more stressed out in life now because of their mistake. I was in contract and they admitted it was their fault.

Extremely disappointed with my experience…read more I came to La Vida Med Spa in April specifically requesting Dysport. During my consultation, I was encouraged to try Jeuveau instead because it was on sale. I explained that I had previously tried Jeuveau for nearly a year at another med spa and did not love the longevity or the results, but I was still encouraged to move forward with it. I contacted the spa because I was already noticing movement returning in my face in the first 4-6 weeks and was disappointed with the results, especially after spending nearly $500. I returned because I was still unhappy with the results and wanted to achieve the outcome I originally came in for. At that visit, I was charged another $450+ to finally receive Dysport. There was no real accommodation offered other than being told it was "new client pricing." At this point, I have spent close to $900 in less than four months trying to get the results I was expecting from my initial visit. What is most frustrating is that I specifically communicated my concerns about Jeuveau upfront based on my previous experience, yet I still feel like my concerns were not taken seriously and absolutely ripped off. I also received a follow-up call from a manager after expressing my disappointment. Unfortunately, the conversation left me feeling dismissed. I was told that results vary from person to person and that there would be no reimbursement or resolution. The conversation also focused on the fact that I did not come in at the two-week follow-up, but there was no issue at two weeks -- the movement and concerns developed afterward. I understand that results can vary with injectables, but I expected better communication, customer service, and accountability when a treatment was recommended despite my expressed concerns. After spending nearly $900 and feeling like my concerns were more focused on generating another charge rather than ensuring I was satisfied with my results, I will not be returning.
