They claimed to be able to help, but took the exact method that I've seen from every other doctor. Even a primary could take. Put me on thyroid medication and then did expensive. Blood draws every 3 to 6 months. The difference was an expensive on front payment with no proof of work and then nickel and diming everything they possibly could on going. If you are addressing a chronic Health problem, I would definitely not go to this Clinic. If you are overweight and would just like to pay expensive fees for blood draws and a general Health coach then I guess this is your place.

I'm writing this out of sheer frustration after waiting for unanswered questions/unfulfilled…read moreprescriptions for weeks now. I will preface that despite her rough, overtly loud New Jersey mannerisms, Dr. Morstein is very bright and has a gentle kindness to her. Unfortunately, however, more than this is needed to run a successful medical practice. The doctor, herself is very disheveled which is reflective in her unorganized office. She seems to always be in a frenzy and has even drawn my blood without gloves and a mask (I don't like watching my blood drawn something made me look over this time). Her colleague also attempted to give me an IV without gloves and was having so many problems finding my vein that I finally looked over only to realized she was no longer wearing gloves. In fact she had thrown the blood-soiled gloves onto the floor in frustration. My husband was also initially seeing Dr. Morstein as a patient and, despite also thinking she's a lovely woman, will no longer return due to the office's incompetence. He was been treated for a severe autoimmune condition and was not given the full course of treatment/instruction and subsequently relapsed. He commended my patience for continuing to see her but we were in the height of Covid and had lost our jobs, so we couldn't afford to stop care mid-stream and pay another doctor hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a new patient consult. I therefore attempted to stick it out just for virtual consults and not in-office appointments/blood draws etc. However, since being a patient for perhaps two years or so, I have seen this office go through an unusual amount of office staff--probably somewhere in the range of 6-8 receptionists! Each time, information gets passed off to the next employee, miscommunicated, and even lost. Prescriptions are left unfulfilled and insurance issues are thrown to the wayside by the exiting employee only to be promised to be taken care of by the new employee. However, nothing ever gets done in a timely manner as promised. In fact, I've now been working on an insurance billing issue with them since June. I've also never heard back about my prescriptions. Such a shame as this doctor has a lot of potential if she could implement some better business practices.

They offer a variety of classes - strength, cycle, mat Pilates, hybrid conditioning, and more. I first tried mat Pilates with Oni on a Sunday morning. The class was held in the strength area on the first floor. It was a great workout with clear instructions. We used light dumbbells, so it was manageable. I took mat Pilates again a few days later with a different instructor. This time it was in the evening and held upstairs in the cycle room because there was a strength class going on at the same time. The vibe was so different with the lights and a smaller room. This workout was so challenging, and I was dripping sweat like crazy. After that day, I had some intense knee pain that had been building up for days, so I ended up having to cancel a cycle class and hybrid conditioning. I was really looking forward to trying those. There's also a recovery room that can be reserved, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Then my VIP week ended. I can definitely see why people like this gym. It's a one-stop shop for strength, cardio, and recovery. It's just not for me at this time.

Before working with Stephanie, I was experiencing an uphill battle with my PCOS. When I finally…read moredecided to get professional help, I chose to work with Stephanie because I liked her holistic approach on treatment - I liked that she did comprehensive testing to help identify what exactly was causing my PCOS symptoms, helped me advocate for myself when talking to my doctor, and helped me make lifestyle changes that were tailored to my everyday life. My goal when I started working with her was to better understand my diagnosis and learn what I can do to minimize the symptoms, and that's exactly what she did. I was depressed and discouraged by the advice I was being given by my doctor and people online. I felt like my symptoms were getting worse and was losing hope in ever getting better. After working with Stephanie, I completely understand PCOS and I feel like I have the tools to help manage it. In 3 months I felt the beginning of a significant transformation. I wasn't expecting to lose much weight, but I've lost 10 pounds by making simple lifestyle and food changes. I started sleeping better and had more energy throughout the day. I learned that stress heavily impacts my physical health so I finally had the courage to seek mental health services, and I am better for it. My friends and family can see the changes in me and I have Stephanie to thank for that. The best thing about my journey with Stephanie is that she helped me realize that prioritizing care for oneself, setting healthy boundaries, and advocating for yourself is the best thing you can do for yourself. I think oftentimes we get caught up in caring for everyone else we forget to care for ourselves. I'm so grateful to have met her and to know that I have a lifelong resource of support and knowledge! If you have PCOS and want to understand more about your diagnosis and if you're trying to optimize your fertility, I would highly recommend working with her.

There's always some sticker shock when approaching care outside of insured medical care, but once Stephanie and I completed our introductory interview, I knew I was willing to invest in the process.  This was an easy decision for me because Stephanie immediately presented herself as a thorough investigator, empathetic supporter, and passionate educator. Through testing, food journaling and regular sessions, Stephanie was able to provide me with a robust understanding of what was actually occurring within my body.  She beautifully explained so many complex health and nutritional topics and always empowered me to come up with new habits, choices and practices to address the root causes of my health concerns.  This collaborative process has ensured sustainable changes and lasting effects where modern healthcare did not, and that far exceeded my expectations of working with Stephanie!
