One of the vape products I purchased didn't work; it wouldn't charge. So I took it in to replace. She checked it and confirmed my account. Next up, though, she told me she didn't have any replacements. She (and some guy in the store) suggested I just take something else -- products I had already purchased at the same time. I was promised they would call when the product came in "in a few days." It's coming on two weeks. Disappointed but confident I can find another shop to work with.

Feeling kinda down on tax day I went into the store to find spaghetti squash to cook for dinner. I couldn't find it so I purchased butternut squash. The cashier I think her name was Rain. She was so sweet and asked what I was going to make with the butternut squash and I said I wasn't sure because I really wanted spaghetti squash. She called the produce department and asked if there was any spaghetti squash and they were able to find some for me. She exchanged the butternut squash for the spaghetti squash. I hope this worker is rewarded. I felt like I was in a local small owned business. I will definitely be back.

I was seeking an iced tea before picking my daughter up from school and popped in to check it out. I found a fair selection of beverages as well as checked out their supplements, produce and so many other fresh, organic, vegan + other products too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store itself has a bit of a weird layout and seems like it could use a renovation, but the current state adds to the hippy, natural, co-op feel. I found a kombucha and made a mental note to return to support this business in the future! They have quite the history and while there are many competitors in the area, I love supporting more local, family owned businesses. NG offers some fun events, nutritional health coaches on staff, and has a community feel which I like. I'll be back!

I wandered over to the pre packaged foods. I saw an orzo and feta salad which sounded perfect. I purchased that along with a bottled water. This Sprouts has a small eating area right by the windows. I enjoyed the salad. Great taste. The eating area provides plastic utensils, and napkins. There is a microwave to warm up foods. I was surprised there was no recycling area. Shared parking and WiFi in the store.
