We walked into a clean establishment where they offer smoothies and teas, and all the healthy things you could want to snack on. We didn't catch the employee's name, but she answered our questions and was friendly. I decided on the Blueberry Lemon Smoothie and I forgot what work daughter got, but we tasted both and we loved how they were tasty but not artificially sweet. We also tried their peanut butter bites and those were delicious! We definitely felt zero guilt and the fact that our smoothies had protein in them was enough reason for us to go for a return visit in the near future. Prices are not bad, and there is ample parking behind the building (none on the street in front). I'm excited to try more of their goodies because I can feel good indulging in anything here. If you're in the mood for something filling but healthy, stop into Best Life Nutrition today!

Cory was very helpful and explained everything on the menu to me. I liked that they don't add additional sugar and there is a huge variety of choices. Their protein smoothies come with an energy tea. I tried the salted caramel brownie batter protein smoothie with an orange pineapple tea. I really enjoyed both drinks. The smoothie tasted great, not like some protein shake mixes that taste weird. The tea was refreshing too. I would definitely come back here again for a post workout treat or if I have a smoothie/shake craving.

Located in a small shopping center, I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. Ambiance (3/5): It's a smoothie joint so it's more of a grab-and-go spot. From being there for a few minutes, everything was fine. The establishment was clean. No complaints. Service (4/5): You place your order at the counter and they call your name when your drink is ready. They made my smoothie quickly. A job well done. Food (N/A): They have some snacks, but I grabbed a smoothie and that's it. Drinks (4/5): My go-to order whenever I go to Smoothie King is the Caribbean Way. A little tropical flavor. Try it and thank me later. While Smoothie King is a chain, I like their smoothies. Their largest size is pretty huge, too.

**July 2026: Thursday Afternoon Visit**…read more My friend and I were visiting Phoenix during a 110-degree heat wave and desperately needed something to cool us down, so I went searching and came across Sphinx Date Co Palm & Pantry. The date milkshake sounded too good to pass up, so my friend and I made the drive out to Scottsdale for a little afternoon treat--and it was absolutely worth it. As soon as we walked in, the shop owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. She offered us a sample of a Medjool date, and wow--it was plump, rich, and had this deep caramel-like sweetness that instantly sold me. You can really taste the quality. We each ordered a large date milkshake, and it was everything I hoped for. It tasted clean and simple in the best way--like it's made with just dates, milk, and ice cream (which is typically what a classic date shake includes). It was creamy, naturally sweet, and super refreshing in the Arizona heat. I also loved that the store carries a variety of Arizona-made local products, which made souvenir shopping so easy. They had everything from BBQ sauce and hot sauce to wines and cactus candy. I ended up picking up a few sauces and some jumbo Medjool dates to bring home as gifts. The owner also shared that they carry different types of dates depending on the season. I'm already looking forward to coming back to try their Sphinx dates, which she described as having a thinner skin and a more honey-like flavor--apparently available in late summer. Overall, I really loved this shop, its mission, and the quality of its products. This is definitely a spot you'll want to bookmark for your next Phoenix trip.
