The best Italian deli in Secaucus, i've had the pleasure of eating at thus far. The food is 100% authentic & amazingly good, it's made fresh from scratch right when you order. The customer service is excellent. The employees are very nice, courteous and respectful. This place gets extremely busy so it's best to call a half of an hour before you need your food. read more

Just ordered a plain pie and a margarita along with eggplant parm. What a disappointment. The eggplant breading was tasteless and greasy, cheese was good. Pizza sauce on both wasn't very good - too much tomato paste taste. Margarita had dried not fresh basil! The crust on both was pretty tasteless. Grew up in NJ and was looking forward to great pizza while visiting. Put it this way, CA pizza is way better than this :) Need to find my fix elsewhere. read more

This place is great. They always have hot food and they treat their customers with respect. Everyday i get their breaded chicken which they literally fry on the spot and i never eat microwaved. Their sicilian and garlic knots are truly the best in the area. They always have brown rice and fresh vegetables. If you want to eat healthy but tasty food come here. They also dont charge and arm and a leg like filamenas where i paid 9 dollars for 1 chicken breast !!!! No joke. Here i get vegetables, rice, two peices of chicken, and a garlic knot for 10$. read more

Wow! This place is great, lived up to all the reviews. Saw this place close to my hotel and decided to try it out. Very tiny area that functions as a Deli/Convenience Store/Restaurant. Service was quick -- employees were very friendly and polite! They had a large menu, the food tasted authentic, and the portions were HUGE for the price. Was excited to try this place due to great reviews. But Pizza is mediocre at best, lack of flavor and lack of tomatoe sauce. Penne Pasta is horrible, chicken was cut very large and were boiled, sauce tasted like it was directly from a can. Will not go back. Not sure what the rave is about?? read more

I absolutely Love, love, love their Grandma Pie. If I could eat it every day without gaining any weight I totally would. My friend recently had them cater for a birthday party and everything was so delicious too. Their pasta wasn't like your normal clumped together catering tray pasta. It tasted as good as a gourmet restaurant's and it came from a catering tray!!!. Their little meatballs, and assorted subs were phenomenal too. Good food, even better service. I placed a fairly big group order and they had it to the hotel in around 40 minutes (after saying it would take an hour). The food was all good - the group had pizza, pasta, and wings between us - though you should definitely be prepared for a heavy amount of grease. It was great for a "veg out" meal after a long day of travel, but I probably would go elsewhere if I was trying to make an even remotely health-conscious choice. read more

Can't say enough good things about this place. Super friendly workers who try to get to know all their customers . I was a first time and was amazed with the wide list of menu items. I believe it was the owner who took my order and he was very patient. The chicken Parmesan sandwich was great and you get a huge sandwich for a great price . Even though they knew we were leaving at the end of the week they treated us like family and did everything the could to make an enjoyable meal, the food was fantastic. This place cannot be beat. I traveled to Newark for work, and went to Natoli's 3 days in a row for dinner. I usually try to try a different place each night, but each time I walked into Natoli's I just wanted to come back. First night was stuffed shells with fist-sized meatballs and a monstrous side salad. Next night was penne vodka with a fried chicken cutlet on top, another monstrous salad, and a canoli. Third night was a pepperoni roll with a CHOCOLATE canoli. Not a lousy piece of food. read more

The pizza is fine, but deliveries take A LONG TIME!! We have ordered from them at least 4-5 times now, every time it took at least 1.5 hours, their promised 45 min meant nothing!!!!! If it would take that long, they should be at least honest and upfront about it!!!! read more

Garlic knots for delivery were soaked with grease. Probably just got a bad batch. Only reason for 4 stars . Otherwise, pizza was great and so were the Mozz fries with brown gravy and ranch in the side. Cheap too less than $4 for the fries. Can't beat it! read more

I've been ordering from Natoli's for years and they've been slipping badly lately. It's not the food generally it's the very poor delivery service. Tonight, we were told it would be 45 minutes for the delivery. When we called at the hour and fifteen minute mark, the guy at Natoli's was annoyed that we were complaining. The last three times the food took well over an hour to arrive and each time the food was icy. Tonight the cheese on the cold pizza was hard, mozzarella sticks could have come right out of the fridge, and their calamari, which when hot is excellent, instead was cold and soggy. The worst part - we know most of the kids that deliver so it's hard to yell at your son's friends! The last time we ordered (after which my wife swore she'd never order from Natoli's again) the pizza was cold AND burnt. This place used to be the rock solid best in town. No more. Don't order from here unless you're picking up the order yourself - then it's a five star restaurant. Steve - Fix this!!! read more

Great food and good pizza!!! Nice clean store in a local Secaucus neighborhood owned by friendly hard working family. I love their Eggplant parm. They also carry cold cuts, milk and other regular groceries. Takeout or you can even eat their, plus when its nice they have tables outside. read more

As we go through Life we sometimes stumble upon hidden restaurant gems. In the morning five of us visited the newly opened Field Station Dinosaurs park in Secaucus and for lunch we came to Natoli's because my wife read good comments about it on Yelp. It was our first encounter with this Bodega type place....my chicken salad over salad was the best I've had, the Pizza Slice was Hugh and excellent...the pasta salad and sausage sub was delicious along with the eggplant parm...the staff was helpful and friendly...they took good care of us...I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Natoli's to any one that find's themselves visiting Secaucus. read more

The nicest owner of any establishment you'll ever go in. This guy does more for the town then any other restaurant owner. I grew up in this place as it is pretty much family, worked Christmas catering during the holiday season, and continue to eat here whenever I'm back in town. Sicilian pizza is a must as well as meatball sandwiches. Stay away from their large soda selection and elect for a nice icy tea( that's the brand name), it is located in 3 rd refrigerator from left and I haven't seen any other place that sells them anywhere. read more

if the owner isn't there...the food can be horrible. Burnt sauce on your chicken parmigiana is not what I call good eating. They do however have a great selection of cold cuts and salads...but can be a bit expensive. You can get better pizza from other places in town. read more

I am a big fan of Plaza Pizza's food. It's very consistent, served piping hot (even delivery) every time, although Il Forno makes better quality pizza-only because they have the brick oven- but it's a bit more $$. Plaza Pizza's mozzarella has just enough saltiness that makes you crave anything that has melted mozzarella on it. Natoli's pizza shocked me beyond belief. It looked and tasted like the personal pan pizza that you get at Pizza Hut. Full of bread, nothing crispy, just bread and greasy cheese. Everything I got delivered was warm, almost turning cold, it was so disappointing... Their garlic bread with melted mozzarella was horrendous. It was SOAKED in bright yellow butter (which they probably buy in huge gallon jugs) and the cheese turned into a piece of plastic by the time it got to my house. I ordered from Natoli's many years ago and decided to give them another try. Last time I ordered pasta alfredo with chicken, they forgot my chicken but charged me for it. And because it was a delivery, I didn't bother to call them back asking for the few bucks but I was very upset, all I wanted to eat was a good chicken alfredo pasta. Not only that, the sauce had no spec of cheese in it. It tasted like noodles tossed in pure cream. No hint of garlic, cheese or salt for that matter. Why put Alfredo sauce on the menu when they don't even know how to make them!! Their sandwiches are piled high with the meat but there's just too much meat to the lettuce that you almost choke of its dryness. Farmer's market makes better deli sandwiches. I almost ordered buffalo wings but glad I didn't after reading Joe P's review. If you can't figure out how to prevent the sauce from separating, then you clearly don't know how to make buffalo wings. I think it's time they sit down and actually taste the food that they serve to their customers and start bringing it up a notch. Go taste your competitor's food once in a while and invest in some thermal delivery bags. There isn't much competition around Secaucus so your odds are not that difficult, now that Frankie B is out of business... Sorry to say but I won't be giving Natoli my business anymore. read more
