First i order a mojito and it tastes like it was just lime and carbonated water, no alcohol. I went to the bar where the acknowledged that they in fact forgot the alcohol. I was with 5 other people who got their food before i did with no acknowledgement about why my food was taking so long. Then the waiter finally came over about 15 minutes later when everyone else was halfway through their food, to tell me that it would be just a moment before my food came out. After another 15 minutes the manager finally came over to tell me that the reason it took so long was due to my naked wings require 30 minutes to cook. But i questioned why everyone else got there food before me, and the manager just stated that so the food doesn't get cold. Which is understandable but why wouldn't the waiter let me know it would take longer. After all of that the, instead of acknowledging the mistakes, the manager just gave me a 15% off. The waiter brought my food, but never apologized the entire time. The waiver had no enthusiasm, and could not apologize for the mistake his made. All 5 of us come here for weekly meetings. I would definitely not be back here if this is how they treat their customers when they're made mistakes. We will be finding about place to have these meetings. read more

If you get the wrong wings don't bother in asking for the correct ones. We ordered honey bbq and they came out honey hot. We told our server, kindly, that they were wrong and less than 5 min later we received what we were told were honey bbq. What they really did was excessively coat the honey hot with bbq sauce. Like my mouth wouldn't know the difference....hello --on fire. (Sorry I don't have much tolerance for hot...) the server did his best, I blame management for thinking they could pass them off. For my first trip it was meh.. I felt the staff was worried more about the end of their shifts then actually working.. I waited for my beer when only four customers are seated at the bar... slightly annoying but things happen, a woman brought me my drink as it sat. I ordered the potato chips they were cold and soggy not what I was hoping for. The burger was excellent and everyone has bad nights. My advice, do not order Uber Eats from this restaurant. Uber does a fairly good job, but today we paid for a 14" pizza and the restaurant sent us a 9" instead. The reason I am writing this review is that I am tired of being ripped off by them. I usually call the restaurant to make sure we don't get surprises when we receive the order, like looking in our fridge for a salad dressing we paid for and We never received. I've been here twice!!!! The first time we went, our food was served cold. Our pizza and wings seriously felt as if they had been sitting in a refrigerator. The second time I went, I asked for the Native Stripper Platter to-go and when I bit one of my French fries, it seriously felt and tasted as if it had been reheated in a microwave or something!!!! And my strippers were so hard. I seriously couldn't even chew or swallow! They were hard to rip and also tasted as if they were old and reheated. When we arrived to Native on a Tuesday (35 cent wing night and $4 blue moon and dos Equis) we were shocked to hear that they had ran out of Dos Equis. My husband ordered a Blue Moon, but when he went to order a second, they had ran out. The manager, Chris, came over to apologize for the issue. We asked if he could substitute the $4 special with another beer. He agreed and offered up many selections. When we got the bill, he had actually comped the beer for the inconvenience. This is honestly a great place to eat but the only thing that makes it horrible is the customer service, I go here quite often and most of the time the customer service is ok at best. This place would be so much better if they could just get it together and be on top of customer service and cleaning. Last time I came here which was about a week and a half ago, we sat by a table that had dirty plates with wing bones still sitting there and all the sodas, I stayed for a good hour and still no one cleaned the table by the time I left. I wanted to enjoy my first experience at Native but this location needs to probably work on the customer service. We came in, admittedly at an odd time around 3:30pm to grab some wings before a baseball game. There were staff at the bar serving "the regulars." We waited and tried to get the attention of the bartenders but after several minutes we decided to sit at a booth so maybe we'd be noticed and served. After 5 more minutes, a kind customer in the bar said, "I'll try to get their attention for you..." After several attempts on her part to let servers know a family was seated, I got up to head to the bar. No one noticed me again. I finally went near the cash register where three staff were scrolling their cell phones. "Should we not be here?" I asked. The bartender said, "We never saw you." After I walked back to my table, feeling like it was my fault we were not served, my family and I decided to walk out and leave. The only apology I received was from the other customer who had tried to get someone to serve us. "Sorry, I tired!" She said. Wow! I can't rate the food so two stars for at least having a place to sit and be ignored. read more

The store was remolded some time back and the ambience, food quality, service are the best. The store is busy because of the general manager Ginny, who constantly keeps here eye on the guest experience. From the front door staff, ( Lorraina and Liz ) through the wait staff ( Leann, Ashley and Alexis ) are among the very best. The food is always prepared to your order, arrives promptly and the kitchen staff is very experienced. The price points are great for both food and beverage with a large beer selection. We had a party of at least 35 for a birthday on Saturday 6:30 pm busiest time in a restaurant. Josh our serve was so wonderful. He was very prompt, none of our food was messed up. Amazing time every time I come here. I don't say this often but damn. T-dub sets the mood with his set, DJ is the perfect bartender, honestly never seen one work as hard as him. Food is decent but the service and drinks more than make up for the kitchens lack of presentation and follow through. I recommend game nights and karaoke nights. The girls are on point. I had given up on the native New Yorkers near me. The service and food has gone down over the last few years. My husband met jenny over a year ago and she kept asking us to visit her location. We finally decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did! This location was clean and the food was wonderful. The staff are all happy and nice. Came to natives after an A's game and dealt with very slow service. We were passed from one waitress to another and the waitress we were passed to continued to help everyone else. She didn't even bother to come and ask us if we were going to place an order. There is always the one food establishment that will cause you to write your first review and native definitely disgusted me enough to do so. I don't like badmouthing businesses but I think maybe this will help them improve their food. So I placed an online order; I was really craving wings, I go to pick them up from the lady at the front desk who was really nice btw. I get home open my wings, I am greeted by 5 sad looking excuses for wings (they might as well have been raisins). They have a glowing orange sauce all over them (we're talking highlighter orange) visually grossed out but not judging a book by its cover. I take a bite and immediately spit my food out the wing tastes like they have been fried in 2 week old oil that someone pooped in. The sauce tasted like spicy, vinegary, orange, cucumber puree. Maybe that's just my opinion but I swear they tasted like cucumber. Next I had a order of the loaded fries, same oily poopy taste. I don't know if the cook just did a half ass job but I don't know why people continue to waste their money here I really hope they check their quality control and put some love into their craft. Maybe I'm just crazy but I love my wings how they're advertised. My boyfriend got an order or medium wings and I got an order of hot wings. They tasted the same, barely had flavor, dry and barely had any spicyness either. Maybe I should've gone for the ghost pepper. Shrugs. We also got an order of the cookie sundae which was good but would've been better without a burnt bottom. Overall very disappointed with the price I paid.
