I love that we can bring our dogs with us when we eat out. My friend ordered chicken for his dogs. I ordered a hamburger with steak fries and my friend ordered the same. The food was fast, the server was very nice and friendly, and our meal was delicious. I like that the servers are not afraid of dogs. We did get put on notice by a young lady who first came out to talk to us because we weren't aware we needed to take the dogs through the inside area first to be seated in the patio. So anyone reading this should go through the restaurant to be seated in the patio, if you have dogs. Uncle Best's is a pleasant place to eat with your furry friends. Thankfully, they thought of everything, from chicken for our pets, to ample shade on the patio. We both had a good time there and we will come back at some point. Overall, it was relaxing and there was very little noise, which kept his dogs calm. I recommend this restaurant if you're interested in bringing your furry friends along and the food will not disappoint!

We are big fans of the hub, until today. Today was a terrible and unpleasant experience from the…read moretime we sat down. Our server, which I'll loosely use as a way to describe him, was lackluster and we felt as if we were a nuisance to him just being here. Yes it is busy for a football Sunday but the experience that HE could make a difference in he didn't. We'll start with my drink order. I asked for a simple Arnold Palmer with raspberry flavor. I received a red cup with ice and some liquid concoction that left my stomach feeling gross from the first small sip. He seemed confused by my drink order, here is his opportunity to confirm with me my want or to ask another coworker how to make it if he was unaware. But what he chose to bring back was a drink "with 17 pumps of raspberry", his words not mine. We let him know the drink was unacceptable, he changed his tone and service experience after that. Finally I asked for a water instead and that too took almost 5 mins to bring back to me. We ordered the nachos appetizer and onion rings as a starter as we planned on spending a couple of hours to watch the game. We asked for some extra salsa and sour cream for our nachos. It arrived sloppy and dripping into the other. We have one person who doesn't like salsa but likes sour cream. It ruined that for us. He even dropped the plate quickly on the table without saying excuse me or here you go. We chose to immediately cut our visit short asap. We asked for the check and boxes, he didn't ask one thing. Didn't ask if the food was good or if we needed something after saying we planned on being here a while. Our visit was less than 30 mins. What a major shame.
