It ended up turning out better than I could have expected. The addition of the storage under my patio that Fiaz and his team added was gamechanging and definitely has boosted overall quality of life in this past year. I now have pride in my house's appearance, and I owe it to New York Pavers! :) Thank you for all your hard work last summer!

Haseeb worked with me to get the job done in my budget in a timely and efficient manner. I highly recommend them. They didn't have to go that extra mile (not really part of the scope of work) but they cared about the quality of the work and wanted to make sure I was happy.

In 2016, J&S did a lot of work at the rear of our house in Throgs Neck. Granite terrace,…read morestairway...and stucco. Two years later, the stucco was beginning to de-laminate in three spots. In the spring of 2020, when the stucco was looking really terrible (bubbles, peeling, falling off, etc...see photos for examples), we asked John to come by and take a look. Of the roughly 450 square feet of stucco applied, about half is showing severe bubbling and peeling now. HE TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY. It's water damage...that's not in dispute...but he blamed everything from the siding on the house to the stone terrace...which he installed. Since then, we've had two stucco experts inspect the damage, and they both immediately had the same verdict. The stucco was laid directly over the cinder block, with absolutely no water management / prevention in place. No mesh or styrofoam, no drip line cut into the granite lip above the stucco wall, nothing. Now we face a $4,000 repair job...for work done only FOUR years ago. Needless to say we'll be finding another company to do the work. In his online response, John will likely say that the vinyl siding of the house is causing water problems. So it's important to say here that NONE of the problem areas are anywhere near the siding. We're having water problems because, again, there was NO mesh or styrofoam placed between the cinder block and stucco, and there was no drip line added to the overhead granite lip...which they installed. NO EXCUSES. Avoid these guys, unless you want to pay twice.

The team that showed up was courteous and professional, they informed us when the work was going to be noisy and made sure we knew about everything -- they also got the materials lifted up rather early and did it from some machine so we didn't have to deal with materials through the house! The roof is fantastic and it drains properly since we paid extra for some tapered insulation, I appreciate Waras showed us the design and was transparent of the cost.... We saw how expensive the material was and the teams charge was fair. I look forward to working with them again on future projects.
